Hands down the best local State Farm office. We are lucky enough to have access to Bethany and Mark They go above and beyond to really make sure they are doing all they can to make your experience as painless as possible while behind the scenes really working hard to make your policy not only what you need but affordable. In my experience, anytime I had a question, which was often :):) I emailed Bethany or Mark and every time they got back to me in a timely manner and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Like most homeowners in FL we were shocked when our Home Owners Insurance bill came in from another company and it more than tripled in the last 4 years. We challenged Bethany to see what she could do... and to our amazement she came back with a great policy from Citizens at less then we were paying over 4 years ago. Great Job... 4 Stars...

Ive made several changes, adding cars and teen drivers and so on and so forth and they are so helpful and patient. They really care about their clients. Even if I found a better rate elsewhere (which I have not), I would still stay with this office just because of the people.
