Elements of Health provided an exceptional spa experience! I unfortunately was late for my massage due to traffic, so I will be returning soon! They were most understanding. I did have the honor of receiving a facial with Toni B and OMG, my face was absolutely glowing! She explained all of the products, the process and asked the appropriate questions to assist me. I'm booking again soon so I can receive my massage and bring my crew for a spa day!! Great job team!!!!

Wonderful Spa and the is team is down to earth, humble and just really friendly and healers. I had the best massage from Othella and it was so healing, I wish had the money to have a massage daily. The receptionist is so helpful and friendly. Shante is wonderful and healing herself. I have worked in many spas this one ROCKS

I’ve had two wonderful women work on me and they were both amazing. My body felt refreshed and truly loved on. They offer so many services and the owner is experienced in ear acupuncture which I definitely intend to experience soon and book a session for.
This place is one of the top two best massage places I’ve ever gone to in general, and I am a regular massage getter kinda girl and have lived all over. Highly recommend

These ladies are magic. I’ve had a massage with both the owner and Ophelia. I felt very comfortable with them with my post op body after tummy tuck. I felt like they knew their stuff and did not try to push my body too far during the various phases of healing. I always felt much better after every session

Where do I start? From the time I walked in, she greeted me with a nice warm, comforting smile. She explained everything to me before she started which made me relax, due to this was my first massage ever. She made her recommendation based off of my body type and it was phenomenal. Full body massage and stretching where I needed it the most. I don’t want anyone else touching me from now on. I would recommend her to everyone that’s looking for a massage. I definitely will be making this a steady routine visit. Thank you for your service and allowing me to feel comfortable. The best in 757. Oh and did I mention her prices are very affordable and reasonable. 😁

Great place for a massage! They offer many services to help you feel better including post surgery options to help you heal! I had an aromatherapy Swedish massage and reflexology session with Othella. It was just great, so I've already booked another session with her!

I have had the pleasure of being given a massage by all the therapists there. I have several back issues as well as a fused neck . Every time I walk out of there feeling my absolute best. Absolutely recommend!

My mom and I recently got a message at Elements of Health. I found the staff to be courteous and very attentive. They took care to make sure my 80 year old mother was comfortable. The facility was neat, clean, and very creatively decorated. Finally, the message was write on time, I was sorry it had to end.

I saw Chantiel for my prenatal massage at 7 months. She treated me with kindness and was very gentle with me. This was my first massage ever and it was a relaxing yet revitalizing experience.

So today I had my first prenatal pregnancy massage with me shawnte and I absolutely loved my session , everything was so warming , comfortable, enjoyable , the vibe and energy was so good and she was just amazing hands down , I will definitely return and continue with these massages during my pregnancy and after .
