Goodwill Spring Hill Superstore

I realized over Thanksgiving and Christmas that I did not have any serving dishes. Today I went into Goodwill in Spring Hill Florida, finding everything I needed and a few other little trinkets. The checkout person was extremely careful and cautious and packaged and wrapped all of my items so carefully and placed them gently in the bag so they would not get damaged. Her care was extremely appreciated. I do wish the customers were a little bit more respectful within the store but I'm not evaluating them today.

I want to congratulate this Goodwill for doing something so simple, and yet so rarely done in the other goodwill stores. I bought some records there, and instead of huge price labels stuck on the album jackets, they had a handy piece of paper at the register with different price labels on it, appropriately marked. The employee scanned the 'albums' price label and entered the number of albums I had. Done!! They get the ease and quickness of the scanner price label, and I get my purchases in a NOT RUINED condition. I have noticed in recent years (with horror) these price labels being attached to albums, book covers and other items that will be damaged if the purchaser tries to remove them later. I once called out a goodwill store manager over some 45 rpm records that had these price stickers plastered onto the record labels. I told the manager if you can remove the stickers without damaging the record label, I'll buy them. They couldn't. I left empty handed. I've lost count of the times I've told Goodwill employees that sticky and paper don't mix well. Kudos to this store! They have (1) saved money, 'cause those labels aren't free (2) saved time and effort, as they don't have to waste time labeling every bit of media on sale, AND (3) helped their customers to be happy with their purchase, instead of annoyed. I challenge the management of this store to share my review with their bosses! And their bosses with their bosses, and so forth and on up the ladder! Let's get this simple, but oh-so-smart method in practice at EVERY goodwill store in the country!!!

Got a sweet little haul. Staff were nice, but you could tell some of them were tired which I understand from working in retail for years. Like most of the Goodwills across the country they have the same old junk that no one wanted at Target or Walmart. I think I got lucky as it was a Monday and all I heard was the drop off bell going off lol. They also had these crazy beer steins from WoW too, but they were priced out of my brother's and I budget; I know my brother would like to get them so if they're still they're in the next month I'm sure he'll be getting them.

Today, I really appreciate Mr. Eze interacting with me, trying to cheer me up. My mom was buying stuff she didn't need and I had resting mean face on, lol. Thanks Eze. Spring Hill, FL

I love good will. And this is a really big store. I find everything there. Everything is nice and neat. They have great stuff for Halloween decorations and costumes. I get all my holiday needs here.

There's a sale going on right now where everything with a blue tag is half off. I got these two pair of shoes for 9.98 each when the price was originally 19.96.

Lots of items from clothes to furniture. It's great if your on a low budget.

I love this store and only wish it were closer to me. They have an amazing selection of clothing and most all of it in great shape. The prices are wonderful, the staff is always helpful and friendly and the store remarkably clean for a thrift shop. A little of everything for everyone. I'm not a big dress person but lately, due to the large inventory, I've been broadening my attire to include dresses because they have sooo much and such a variety it's easy to find clothing that matches every personality. Love this store!

Always love goodwill just wish it was cheaper.. Saw a picture for $600 bucks..

This store is so clean and well organized that I felt like I was stepping into a Kmart out of the 1990s. The front counter lady was also sanitizing in between every customer, which made me feel good. Thank you Goodwill, for a great experience, once again.

I found some amazing Bargains today! Also the service was very pleasant and helpful, no one was rude and everyone seems happy to be there! I am still amazed that I found a really great pair of jeans and very lovely tops! What a pleasant place to be on a very hot day and what lovely things to find. I am so glad we made the stop!

GREAT SERVICE! I always find a good bargain in here! I have had such a pleasant experience with Laura. She is a wonderful associate and always has a smile on her face. She went above and beyond for me today, as I was looking for something specific. I will be back!!!

I had a great experience at the donation center. Due to my business needs I'm always dropping off donations at multiple places. The employee who attended me was courteous and informative. They also offer better quality clothing than other second hand stores.

I love this place, it's huge. Lots of variety and be willing to dig and look through stuff. Great prices, even with the inflation now, still great deals.

Loved finding odds and ends here, along with awesome finds for kids clothing. The cashier was very nice too! The prices a little high for a thift store, but the products are in very good condition. I love that they have 1/2 price days. Be sure to look for the colored sticker that's on sale!

I love our Spring Hill store. It is so clean and arranged well. You can always find a great bargain. So much more fun to find that one of a kind. Thank you to all the hard workers that do such a great job.

Still competitively priced! Excellent selection for dress shirts, pants, shorts, and kitchen ware. Sometimes it has some interesting furniture for a great price.

Everyone can find some hidden gem! Its for a GREAT cause. Go find YOUR TREASURE! great customer service, dressing rooms. Designer brands at a fraction of normal cost. Have some fun for the GOOD of your PEEPS!

Had a good day and found a used 3 tier server also 2 new pictures with sea shells and 2 other new beachy items for my guest bath' I had shopped all over but no luck. Thanks . the store was neat and clean. Trish
