Traveling Trees Garden Center

I will start off by saying this entity gets busy, and you may need to stay on top of them and follow up.

That aside, lets get to the details:
I got recommended to them by my neighbor when I asked who was it that installed his trees a few days back.

Upon following up a man came to my home and gave me insight. Looked at what my property looked like and answered my questions on some other trees I was debating with. I wanted color in the back, but something more appealing and relaxing in the front. All while staying within the "HOA" guidelines.

I had to have 3 Oak trees removed, they were in the ground no more than 2 years. The trees themselves were obviously more than 2 years old. I had someone whom was going to do this, but the "root ball" had to be confirmed removed completely for them to assure my install was correct and covered. The price quoted included the removal.

I bought a Tri-Foxtail (three-stem specimen). The Foxtail Triple looks great. There was an upgraded option just under $900 but not seeing it in person I couldn't justify it. Plus I will be here most likely 30 years so this boy will be big by then, and I like to watch them grow.

I bought a yellow trumpet, a pink trumpet tree (Tabebuia), and a Lemon Tree.

When the guy came out he assured me my HOA, and permit would be taken care of for the removal of the Oak trees and for install of the new ones (mainly the Front one).

Moving forward 1 week later. 2 guys showed up. Supper friendly, smiling, etc... Also while they were here, Code Enforcement showed up oddly enough. Asked me about the removal of the trees and if I pulled a permit. Howey in the Hills is a very small town, and I informed him I was told Traveling Trees would of done this. I am assuming they did as nothing came back to me since then 3 days ago. They re-routed my irrigation to the back where the new trees were placed outlining my back property line, and future proofed it too so pool install wont be a problem either. The moved our Money tree (Guiana Chestnut) as it wouldn't work where the Tabebuia would be at, and the Lemon tree in the middle giving perfect color and appealing look. The following day they had to bring more soil as the front tree roots were Much Bigger than projected.

No trash left behind, and based on what I found for the trees I wanted and the size they were installing, I couldn't complain at all. Very reasonable for install and removal. The guy that came out the install day to dig the irrigation was very friendly, and we talked a bit. I normally don't share things but I felt very confident and comfortable with everything. The first guy was the sales and his phone rang almost non stop. The guys removing the trees and installing were friendly and very positive. Almost like they enjoyed their job which is refreshing these days.

All in all I totally would recommend this company. I would definitely come here again for tree items.

If you are paying by card, you will have to go to the store to do this. Otherwise they take check on-site (at home). I look forward to going to the store this weekend if open.

Came today to purchase a few trees. They had great prices and were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions as well as loaded our things up for us. Definitely will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised at the prices and options presented to us. They also had a cute boutique shop on property, which is great for unique gifts with reasonable prices. They were very friendly and didn't pressure us to buy anything, instead were honest and didn't try to push our budget.
We planted the tree right away, but will probably go back to find flowers for our Boot and Hat pot.
Love the place and will go back for our landscape shopping.

Traveling Trees did an excellent job landscaping the front of my new home. They were reasonably priced, worked very neatly and gave me more than I expected. What more can you ask for? I highly reccomend them!!! Will be using them for my backyard landscaping too.

Traveling trees has the best pumpkins 🎃 in town.
They are super huge and only $12.00 I went to other place in town and they were double that price and super small. and if your purchase is over $75.00 they will give you a free pumpkin!!
I highly recommend them for all your garden needs from fertilizer, mulch,soil to plants for your home and garden.
And they have the cutest little gift shop called Wildflower Market that has candles, home decor, pickles, purses and soooo much more to keep or to gift. I got the apple butter for my family ❤

Tim was a pleasure to work with on our new landscaping. We wanted colorful low-maintenance plants and Tim delivered. We love the continuous curbing with the salt & pepper granite fill. Tim also removed two large oak trees that were a mess to keep up with, and replaced them with a beautiful bismark palm. I highly recommend Traveling Trees for all of your landscaping needs.

Owner and staff are strikingly friendly and quite knowledgeable. Their orange blossom honey, one of a few varieties, IMO, is surprisingly delicious. Yeah, go buy some as you won't be disappointed. Healthy trees and plants. I've bought several and not one croaker. Bypass the big box stores, your end results may surpass master gardeners.

One of my favorite nursery’s to visit. Great variety of plants, reasonable pricing, and such warm hospitality. Go see Susy she’s awesome and kind! One of the reasons why I love shopping from local owned shops.

Our experience with Traveling Trees was great from start to finish! We had sod replaced, trees and rock border added. The sod and trees are beautiful and add so much to our yard. Tim and Marvin worked tirelessly to make our yard look great, we highly recommend Traveling Trees!

Had a certified arborist come to evaluate the new install of six palms. On his recommendation I contacted nurserymen sure gro fertilizer and was referred to Tim at Traveling Trees for details. Tim spent time on the phone explaining the intricacies of proper palm maintenance, reviewed pics of my install, gave me recommendations that saved me a fortune, and his store in Clairmont carries this hard to find fertilizer. These folks are experts - no need to go anywhere else for your palms.

Amazing! These people have some incredible employees - they worked so hard and smiled even in this heat wave! They created exactly what we needed and wanted to make a low maintenance landscape around our pool. I would hire them for any and all projects anytime!!!!

WoW, we came across this gem of a nursery today looking for the right plants. We are not the green thumb kinda people, Susan greeted us instantly as we walked in and showed us around the whole nursery. When we finish she helped direct us in the right direction in what to purchase. So helpful!!!
Where as now days it hard to find good customer service, we found EXCELLENT customer service!!

Selecting Traveling Trees to install our fruit trees was a great decision. The owner, Tim, is extremely knowledgeable on central Florida plants and was exceptionally helpful in identifying and obtaining the right trees to meet our desires.
