I hired Tim to replace my soffit and he did excellent work! He is also very knowledgeable about the building code and very detailed in his work. I hired him to paint my house as well and I love it! I'll highly recommend him to friends and family!

Went to France for an extended period (6 months), got a call from our kind neighbor who told me that the roof leaked through the gulley where the angle of the roof changed. I have a concrete tile roof, 50 years old! Being 3500 miles away I contacted my good friend Mr. Google who gave me a list of roofers in the Orlando area. Called several, they were either too busy, not interested or too expensive.
Then I called Timothy, explained my problem, he came to the house, my neighbor let him in, we agreed on the price for the MAJOR repair. When I came back home, the roof was repaired. Perfect! Timothy came by later to assure my satisfaction, had a nice talk and left. Good work and a very pleasant contact.

Complex repairs were completed in a timely manner. Contractor would not accept payment until I (the homeowner) saw and approved of the finished product. Thanks Tim!

Highly recommend. Timothy worked me in his schedule to assess my roof the same day I called him, shortly after hurricane Ian. He is knowledgeable and honest. Could have told me I needed repairs but instead, his assessment was one-off damage due to the excessive rain hitting a vent on the roof. Hopefully, I will not need his services at this time, but I will absolutely contact him in the future.

Roof issues can leave homeowners exposed and with troublesome homeowner insurance these days it is a pleasant surprise to encounter such a trustworthy person.

This is Alain 23 year old kid flat tire nobody to call or help as I start my journey as I walk away from my car boom a white van pulls up and and he has a mechanic shop in the car. Any problem u could have is in the van he helped me “stranger” I think he considerate and professional in my boo A++

Great service! Needed help with a leak in the roof where the dryer vent outlet is located. They got to me within hours that same day. Very courteous and professional, fixed the problem quick. Will definitely call again if we need more work done!
