I had tried Turner Pest Control before in the past but were REALLY not happy with them or the service they provided, so when a new flea problem got out of control, I was on the search for the best company. I contacted about 8 different pest control companies and the best one out of all of them, BY FAR, is Perschel.

I sent my email inquiry to them and explained my flea emergency, and right away I received a reply from Robin. I am a single mom on a fixed income so I didn't have $150-$300 to spend on pest control service. Perschel was the ONLY company out of the other 7 I contacted who treated me like an actual person, not just another dollar; Robin really took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me the best price on the service I would need. JP was my technician and he was so professional and nice. I am used to companies giving service windows of 3-5 hours of having to wait to them to show up whenever they get there. My appointment was scheduled at 10:00am and JP was there at 9:58am. I couldn't believe it! And he was great! He was nice and thorough and did a great job. This was over 3 weeks ago and my flea emergency is GONE. No fleas at all. And this treatment did not break my bank account, like the other services out there. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issue that may come up in the future! Thank you Perschel!!!

On day one of a bathroom renovation, the crew found a large termite infestation when demoing the shower. After leaving messages with two other companies, I came across a positive review from a Perschel & Meyer customer who detailed being treated like a person rather than a number and gave them a call. I called between 10 & 11 in the morning and P&M was at my house by 2pm. Josh took a look not only at the bathroom, but inside and outside the entire home, and let me know he wanted to go back to the office to discuss his findings and recommendations with the company owner prior to making a recommendation to me. Within half an hour of leaving Josh called to say he'd like to come back by to discuss their recommendation; I found this to be a really nice touch of customer service. Josh explained the plan to me and as they understood I had a tight timeline due to the renovation, said they'd make arrangements to come out two days later if I wanted to move forward with the service. I did, and two days later Josh, the P&M owner, and several other team members arrived for a full day job that included injecting termite pesticide into the ground (drilling into concrete where necessary) to kill the current and prevent future termites. We were so pleased with their service and professionalism that we signed a termite bond with them and later asked them to handle our pest control and lawn care. They always call in advance to let you know when they're coming and are very easy to contact and quick to respond if you have a need in between services. They take obvious pride in what they do and are a company of which I will be a long time customer.

In winter my grass was just horrible, weeds everywhere and it was just bad. I contracted Perschel & Meyer it went into a 180, in just a month I saw the difference. The weeds are gone and my grass looks healthy, the professionals from this company give you tips on what you have to do with their treatments and if you follow your grass will be the best in your street perhaps the neighborhood. Great service will recommend to anyone

We have been loyal customers for nearly 5 years now. We use them for our termite bond, insect/pest prevention, law/scrub care and weed prevention. I love how they treat everything...so that you do not need multiple companies. When we bought our home our lawn was a mess and now it is the nicest one in the neighborhood. The best thing is their employees....extremely nice and professional. All the techs are great but JP is especially great.

I'm just one day post first service so as far as getting rid of bugs, I can't really say, but what I can say is the office staff is great to work with, flexible, responsive and all communication clear as a bell. The technicians who came knew what they were talking about, considered the problems I has and did the appropriate treatment to address those problems. I have no doubt if I need to call them back that I'd be completely satisfied. Highly recommend this team.

When I call with a question about my lawn, if they are not able to address my question on the phone they promptly want to come to my residence to look at it and advise. They are honest in recommending what services you need and don't need and when. One time my wife requested a particular type treatment which has large price, and they explained why it was not necessary and that if we'd wait an additional month, due to the climate and season, the reqular treatment and fertilization would take care of the issue. NOW that is honesty, excellent ethics, respect and honorable customer service. They could have gained opportunistic revenue by merely giving us what we asked for not being the wiser or knowledgeable. We also have our termite treatment and inspection plan with them, and last time we checked they were $50 less than others providers. We are pleased with their results on our lawn. Perschel & Meyer has been servicing our residence for quite awhile now.

Josh is my on-site techniciian and he genuinely cares about my situation and does everything to make sure I’m satisfied. His visits are always right on time so there is no waiting around for hours for his visit.

My name is Tony Jackson and I called Paul Saunders To do an inspection, for carpenter ants, while he was at my house he noticed my grass has some bare spots, he showed me that I had chinch bugs! I was surprised because True Green was taking care of my lawn! Well, I canceled my service with them, and asked Paul to have his company take care of my lawn. Since using Perschel & Meyer my lawn has never looked better. A couple of times I called the company for information and they were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Highly recommend!! Before them we had some issues with weeds and pests in our lawn and gardens. After the first the treatment we saw immediate results and have no issues since. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their service staff and management are responsive.

Lee from Perschel & Meyer came to the house, investigated the problem, and not only treated the yard but also explained to us how the treatment works and what to expect in the coming days. They always call prior to service and are very respectful of gates in case you have a pet outside. Very pleasant to deal with. Even brought us toilet tissue during covid...I have used them for years and always recommend them.

Lee came today to set a trap for armadillos. He called before he came, was prompt, and took the time to investigate my property before he set the trap. Other companies wanted to charge twice the price just to lay the trap. Lee took extra time to show me how they were getting into my fenced yard and to come up with a plan. I will call them every time, now!

I have nothing but great things to say about their pest service. They are attention oriented, because they noticed I had a small opening on the corner of my home near my garage. Paul informed me of that issue and I thank him for that because he told me rodents could get through an opening that small.
