I can usually find everything I need here and if it doesn't work out they have easy no hassle returns. I got my carpet installed through them also and they have a great selection and the installation crew was very good. Hopefully they can help me when I am ready to replace my kitchen counter tops!

What an outstanding experience we encountered today! I questioned an associate to see if a display was for sell. Quickly she went to management and came back, advising they were happy to give the display to us for our use. They helped us breakdown the items, and even load them. Great place to find everything you need for your home!! Annette helped us in the paint department and she was fabulous and extremely professional, a master of her craft. Definitely check Home depot out if you are a home owner!

Great home depot. You get what you expect from this brand. I like to order online to save time and pick up inside. The system works great, and I always get friendly service.

My husband and I recently bought a townhome for our daughter. We have made many improvements over the last few weeks so we have made multiple trips to Home Depot. Tonight we went to buy a hot water heater. Thomas was so very helpful and kind. He had a young guy named Josh I believe helping him. It was wonderful watching Josh listen intently to everything Thomas was saying about hot water heaters. Thomas was not only very knowledgeable in plumbing, he also demonstrated exactly how to provide excellent customer service. Bella was very helpful when we checked out. She even helped load our truck. I’m not sure if it’s just the Home Depot’s in Jacksonville that have been so friendly and helpful lately but whoever has enforced these new changes needs a raise!

Went in initially to return a few items, the returns lady Sheila was great! Fun to talk to! Ended up buying more than I returned..figures! Loving some Home Depot!!

Please if you need to get paint matched, please wait until Brandon is working. This individual is sooo dedicated to making sure you get the right color. I am completely stunned how well Brandon got the match. He knows every underlying tone and recognizes differences way better than a computer. He was also super patient and took several tries. I am so impressed.

Lonny and Jason helped me unload my tiller and Lonny was very helpful with the trailer return, he insisted that he did everything. Jason complimented me to Lonny about how clean the equipment was, he said he would give me a5star rating if they could rate customers. Everyone was great from start to finish, I got there at a very busy time on a Saturday morning and things ran a little slow but they did have 3 people helping so that was good. 5 stars from me!

Always very happy with this location. The employess are very efficient and considerate of our time. I often need assistance or have questions about merchandise and the employees always go out of their way to answer my question.

I would like to thank Lonnie in rentals for very, very, very good customer service super nice and very knowledgeable I definitely recommend renting trailers, tools, I even saw they have box trucks for moving and of course the flatbed for those heavy lumber loads. Thanks One Happy customer!!!

I went here a couple of weeks ago and was met with an abundance of kindness from every single employee. SUPER helpful, kind staff that check in and ask if you need anything (and nor in that annoying repetitive way, just one per employee we passed). Everyone who I did take up the offer of help from provided such great answers to any questions I had. I recently moved and the home depot from Pennsylvania always had rude staff (if you could even find them!). The Durbin Home Depot makes me feel right at home! I will be giving them much business :))

I can't thank Brandon enough in paint tonight for his hospitality, truly wished the rest of the staff tonight had his same vibe. It's ashamed to get treated poorly by people in this industry. But I'm super thankful for the dedication Brandon had beyond his job title. 🙌 🥰🤩

Came in 3 separate times to return some rebar. We were unable to find the receipt and the Dallas was there all three times. The third time I came in she saw me and helped us figure it out. Went through multiple credit cards trying to find which one it was purchased under. Finally had to do in store credit which we used the same day. Spent about 45 min to an hour helping us. Very happy with her and say hi every time I see her now. Great customer service!! Thanks Dallas!!

Very friendly staff although not very knowledgeable, good customer service as far as returns.

I went in looking for some ceiling tiles which were not available in the Durbin Pavillion store but Eddie was super awesome and helped me research options of other nearby Home Depot that had them available. He even called to make sure they had them before I headed out. Thank you Eddie. You made my day. 😀

Although I did not get the bit I wanted(only available in a set) the rep at tool rental was very nice and helpful…on Kelsey in St John’s.
