I walked here from the beach just to get a bag so I can go home I really needed a big bag and I couldn't find one close by within walking distance except for maybe the Marshalls but that would have been nearly a hundred bucks other places they were a hundred bucks and they weren't big enough.

So walk in and helpful lady at the counter said sure there's a whole bunch in the back.
So I go in the back and sure enough there are tons of them there is a huge luggage piece for 10 bucks It's perfect but then I found another bag that was much better because I had to walk back with it It had wheels and it was more like a duffel bag the perfect size. Stopped and spoke to a young lady who was so kind and gave me some advice about what to do at the night time in the area her name was Lanie. The kindness I needed right then. The smile I needed right then. To help I needed right then exactly what the Goodwill is for. Thank goodness for other people's charity.

The new store (2023) is a nice rebuild! This is a VERY busy Goodwill store & Donation location. Stuff moves quickly. The staff is friendly and the new store is brightly lit and well organized. Visit every couple of days to scoop up the deals!

Great selection of clothing and household goods a great prices! Daily color specials! Well organized!

Newly remodeled Goodwill. Now it’s very clean and a lot bigger. Huge selection of books, DVDs, clothing, toys and more. All for food prices. We found tons of kids books and some video game books as well. We were surprised at how many quality items we found.

recently remodeled and it's much bigger than before. I visited on July 7th and they had a lot of books. Some furniture and housewares. It looked nice and clean and they had a lot of merchandise, mostly clothes and books. I recommend this store if you are in the area and looking for some bargains.

when you exit, it is best to go south a block, then east or west a block so you come out at a light, rather than trying to cross beach blvd.

August 22nd. 2023 update. Some guy smoking right by the front door near the shopping carts was blowing nasty smoke that I had to Walk through on the way out. Very unpleasant.

Clean store, prices on clothing ok, but shoes are way overpriced, $24.99, $19.99, $12.99 - prices are higher then in Ross store, which has new shoes for less price.Management need to go to Ross and compare the prices.Had to wait big line to pay for items.

I would honestly go more if it weren't for the ENDLESS dystopian ads they play on the store speakers. 20 minutes of back to back 2 minute ads, then the music comes back on blasting

Some people say that the online sellers caused these prices, and even tho I’m not the fan of them myself, if Goodwill will keep matching the price upwards, I’ll 100% prefer to buy from the sellers. At least it will be clean and selected from the bins and piles.

They are doing the color codes now but LOUDLY play "propaganda films" about how Goodwill helped me, which is an annoyance while trying to shop. So if you like hearing them this is the store for you. LOUD videos about leaving abuse, surviving a dying child, overcoming addiction ...commendable, but...NOT WHAT I WANT TO HEAR WHILE SHOPPING. GO elsewhere if loud noises bother you while shopping. It's goodwill so the prices are just ok . Have gone up a LOT for donated items (some are clearly walmart brand stuff and are cheaper to get at Walmart brand new!).... anyway I really hope the terrible videos are a temporary thing. However if it isn't I won't shop there anymore. I know what goodwill does. No need for screaming advertisements at people trying to have a nice shopping experience when clearly we dont have a lot of money ourselves!!!! I go again and it is still loud, I will just go to the one on st johns or Southside.

For it to be brand new it smells horrendous in there and it’s just so overly priced .

A Cashier is not nice today. I asked a bag’s price, and she was very angry. I don’t understand why she is angry. If she doesn’t work she is free. She didn’t ask that I wanted to buy, and she charged its price. If anyone doesn’t want to work nobody can’t force her or him. Now I can return my money in five days but not today. Prices have to be visible and clear. Some price unfortunately not clear amd readable.

Clothes are organized by color not size. As such, you need to go through the entire rack just to find your size, which is super irritating and an enormous waste of time. They should organize by size if they want to be more consumer friendly.

Idk if I caught them on a wrong day but it smelled like they have a sewage problem.Left the store with my stomach turning

Smelled like urine. Smelled so bad I didn't want to even look.
