Let me tell you something about me, I am not an easy person to impress, but there is a lot of McDonald’s in Jacksonville. I’ve been to, and this is by far the most professional McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I am very impressed.

Awesome customer service. It was Saturday 3/25 and it was a hot day. The asst mgr or mgr , not sure which. She had the blue shirt on. But anyways she actually came into the dining area and gave a few customers a sundae and that was awesome. She even tried giving one to a less fortunate person outside. That's being HUMAN and being real. Thanks for the sundae. Now, if the rest of the world would follow suit we'd be in a better place. Appreciate ya!!

The service and food at this McDonald's was the best I've had. I only went through drive through, so I can't speak to the wait staff... but the drive through lady was impressive! And, the quarter pounder with cheese that I got was the best looking piece of art I've ever been handed in a brown paper sack, a real Royale with Cheese!

This was the nicest McDonald's we have ever been to. Clean restaurant, my kids enjoyed the food and the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

After a long day at the beach having a nice cheap delicious burger is a great addition to end the day. It was the best grilled burger I have had at a McDonald’s. Maybe the food is just better In the south!

It was to go breakfast. Had the big breakfast plate with bacon and sausage egg with a biscuit and a hash brown and orange juice and it was hot and cooked great.

I realize that McDonald's is not a 5 star restaurant, but I am comparing this one to other McDonald's and it is excellent

7/24/23 breakfast order. First visit there cashier seemed to be bothered by us ordering. Seemed confused by the way she was friendly and smiling with the local customers. Came back 3 other days with different cashier with smiles and friendly attitude.

This may be the most consistent mcdonalds I've ever been to. I swing in every other Monday when I'm working near the beach. My food is always hot and fresh and the staff is friendly and efficient. I will literally go out of my way to come to this location.

This may have been the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Our food came out hot and fresh in about 2 minutes. John, the man who took our orders, exceeded in customer service and brought us everything we needed. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be very happy with their meals, the music was perfect and fun, therefore the vibes were great.

Went to this specific location for lunch with a few co-workers. No cars in the Drive-Thru so we went through drive-thru about 11:40 a.m. . Got the full order and the ice cream machine worked. Left happy. Gave a verbal thumbs up type of review. Went there the next day for lunch and told the guy that ring up the order he was actually the manager or one of the managers about the good service that I got the day before. He then let me speak to the owner and the general manager about the good service I received. They got it right, and they get it right. Thanks guys

Pretty quick and efficient. Yes the coke was not watered down. Yay!

New to the state and came in right after the beach. I had a hiccup with the app, and Johnescha was very understanding while I tried to figure it out and gave more than outstanding customer service. Thank you, Johnescha!!

Double quarter pounder with cheese was hot and fresh. 1st time I've had it. Was really good. Fries were hot and salted perfectly. Might be best fast food meal ever.

The past couple times I've been to this location the managers and employees have been so nice! The food is always good and I always ask for extra pickles and the understand the assignment and for that alone I wish I could give 11/5 stars
