He took the time to understand my needs and the specific setup of my patio and explained all the different options for outdoor roller shades, including materials, sizes, and UV protection levels. I never felt rushed or pressured; all of my questions were answered completely and to my satisfaction.

Once I chose the perfect shades, scheduling the installation was a breeze. Eddie and the installation team arrived exactly at the agreed-upon scheduled time and were very professional. They efficiently installed the shades, and the quality is fantastic! They look amazing on my patio and provide the exact amount of shade I was looking for.

I was also very impressed with how clean the installers left everything. They took the time to remove all packaging materials and ensure my patio was spotless.

Our family home had been completely furnished by A Shade Above, decades ago. Each room had a beautiful window treatment unique to the aesthetic of that space. When I moved into my own home, I have used A Shade Above as well, and could not be more satisfied. This business is a gem in south Florida. They take pride in every step of the process, from the showroom through to installation. I would recommend using this business over anyone else.

Then they sent a person to measure who has been with company 29 years who was very helpful and personable. Finally Vinny came and installed and he was so efficient and very precise. Great service. Beginning when we visited the showroom and dealt with John, "JJ". He was very professional. Showed us all the different kinds of shades and helped us pick the right one for our home. Jim , very nice and pleasant, came to measure our windows. Steve, very professional and knowledgeable. He installed the shades and you could see that he knew what he was doing. Overall, we are very pleased with Shade Above product and staff.

The entire process from design, ordering, measuring and installation was knowledgeable, professional and very customer friendly. A really great team to work with. Looking forward to working with them again.

Very professional, Jamie was a big help with choosing our blinds and the gentleman that came in to measure our window to make sure they ordered the right size was so thoughtful. He even had a sample of the color I chose to make sure it was the right color for the room. The men that came in to install the blinds were so fast they had it done in less than an hour. Thank you all so much. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Wonderful experience from initial consultation to installation. I shopped around and A Shade Above has the best prices, huge variety, great price ranges and really nice customer service. They were prompt and reliable, sticking exactly to the timeline we agreed to. The gentleman who installed our shades was exactly on time, worked fast, super polite and professional. We had a slight issue installing one shade and he drove 50 mins to get the part needed to finish and came back same day. I’ve already recommended to a friend and will continue to recommend to others!

The whole process of picking out our shutters to the installation, everything went smoothly. Our sales guy Rob was very knowledgeable about his company’s products and gave very good advice. He was always available when we called or if not his associate was always available to talk to us or pass on a message. We modified a few things in our order and they never acted as if it was a bother. They truly wanted us to be happy. I will definitely recommend A Shade Above to anyone looking for window treatments.

I have been going here for all of my window coverings follow years. I have outfitted 7 apartments and 2 houses and never a mistake. The customer service it very good. The owner, Bruce, always remembers me each and every time I come into his store which makes me feel welcome. Will continue to use them for years to come and I highly recommend them.
