Ross Dress for Less

Very nicest store very clean. Super organized. They don’t have an extensive variety of lingerie underwear carrying a few brands. They also don’t carry a large variety winer clothing, monthly SoFl apparel.
This store is very organized, staff is very helpful, and Everything is neatly organized and clean unlike like several other Ross stores I’ve been were things are all over the floor and every department is unorganized.
One thing got my attention, the pet department offers a large variety of toys, clothing, collars, and large variety of snacks for every pooch.

I like this Ross, easy to pay and I found good stuff to reorganize my kitchen pantry and good quality clothes for work.

This was going to be a 1 star review, but Bryan (one of the managers) took the time to give great service and empathy for our situation. With all the change that Rosses are undergoing prices, lack of finding good people to work, It was an oasis to meet Bryan who knew how to be empathetic and listen. It goes a long way when resolving a problem. Kudos to you for turning around our experience and literally saving a 17 years client. We will be back.

This store has really nice things and is clean. I liked this one more than others. It has space and not so crowded.

This store is very organized, very clean and everything is in its place!!! This store is by far better than the one near my location. I came in for one thing and came out with a cart full.

We were treated like family by Ross employee named Shan Shan, She is amazing. She is a cashier but she helped us out as we looked at jewelry. She also rang up our merchandise and was very friendly. My family and I will return to this Ross store because of Shan Shan.

Love the door greeter. So friendly. It short staffed as you never find people to help. But is very clean and organized

More organized than other Ross stores. Nice selection of clothes and other items. There were quite a few racks of clearance items.
