I never review large stores or employees but today I had to stop and write about the exceptional customer service provided to me by Brian, Manager, at the Target, Davie, University Drive. I saw a pair of sandals and today was last day for 20% coupon. They had one left in my size and I could not find. He took his time, looked through inventory and BINGO! Got my sandals!!!! I had an exchange and everything he did was with a professional, courteous attitude! Thank you. Spoke to your Supervisor about you. Hope you get a raise. 😊

My local Target is a complete shopping experience. From dog food to houseware items, pharmacy/cosmetics and the grocery part is just enough! I couldn’t say more about my favorite store. I can get everything I need in one place!

Great prices, amazing design & Beautiful store! Very clean place and this is a great deal for a store that sells groceries! Customer service is very good and the staff at the vision center are very friendly. Highly recommended for your grocery shopping and also coming soon for your Xmas shopping experience! Also inside this store you will find an Starbucks caffe shop but they not only sell delicious coffee and snacks they also have coffee mugs and other beautiful items that are great for gifts. This store looks awesome! And all the aisles are looking clean,beautiful and the merchandise it’s well stocked. Here you can feel free to shop without the inconvenience of finding pallets of merchandise blocking you for going into the aisles. I always have a great experience shopping here!

There is always something to get you didn't know you needed.

I had to return something that I bought at a different Target store and the associate was friendly and the return took only a few minutes.

This Target is huge and has the best staff members! Everyone I encountered were extremely polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me and I am appreciative of their efforts and hard work!

Jahi was a very unique employee whom addressed us at the self check line in a very respectful and uplifting way. He made my target visit a very enjoyable “target run”. I guess you can say his performance was on target.

Excellent Service. Shot out to AMBER who worked in the TV/Electronics. I dropped my wife off to take some time shop while I met with a client. She can shop for hours. :) Her phone started to die. She went everywhere, (including a coffee shop that was inside) asking to get some juice for her phone. It was out only way for her and I to communicate. My wife then ran into AMBER who advised her she could plug in in the electronic department. Wow. Changed the entire experience. Not just that but I felt better as my wife had a phone and was more secure with it. Though this Target is a little out of the way, We will always come back to shop. Thank you Amber you should be commended for your excellent service and care

Excellent costumer service and time of readiness for orders pick up

The stores organized but the only thing I see this gets in the way all these different random employees that are walking around with these large carts I guess they're picking items for customers online. But sometimes I find them they're in the way and if you're not looking they kind of run you over and they can care less if they hit you or not. Looks like they have to meet a quota or else. Other than the stores clean and organize employees are very helpful.

So the store looks beautiful and always have a friendly encounter when I'm there. I feel my best experience recently was with Aida. She always has a smile and always greets her guest accordingly. The way she helps her team is incredible and she doesn't break a smile regardless of the situation. Being my go-to store, she has done such a great job and always have a great experience when checking out.

I love my Target, it is never too full so it gives you the chance to walk around and do your shopping with peace and calm. The pharmacists are great. I always have my medicine and supplements picked up here.
The store is always very clean and organized. All my interactions with store staff have been positive.
Something very dear to me as a BTS ARMY is the ability to always find albums/merch in very pristine conditions in store and availability to pre order/purchase albums/merch from the app and pick up in store.

Great store. A little frustrated that they sent a survey asking if I feel welcomed because the employees and the signs in the store look like me. Some businesses in America are now willing to compromise quality, good service, or the appearance of a store to hire people based on their looks or skin color, to make a certain unhappy group feel good about themselves, and encouraging this victimhood mentality that’s destroying us all as a society. Have some courage Target and help people feel good about themselves without entitlements, or expecting to change an entire society to do so. I don’t feel welcomed because a business tries to hire people that look like me. This is crazy! I didn’t come to America to see people that look like me to feel better about myself. I already feel good about myself even if I see a beautiful model on a sign, or if I need to learn the language of another country. I expect employees to give a good service and a store and employees to care to look good and clean, who cares if they look like me or not. Push people to be a better version of themselves without wanting to make others feel inferior because they don’t get we are all humans after all. That’s what matters.
