I have an older MacBook Pro from 2015 needing battery replacement. Well in South Florida, the battery with critical in the computer started shutting down. Checked online and found Experimax nearby. Emailed and got a quick response, the price was good and they could have the battery in two days. Three days later I'm sitting here with a brand new battery and a laptop that has a life extension.

The tech who worked on the laptop, Danny met me when I brought the laptop in, was very friendly and open and answered all my questions. I picked it up the next day spin little bit more time just chatting, really great guy. If you need any type of Apple device service at a good price with reliable and consistent customer service, give these guys a call. If I could give six stars I would.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7 and decided to take it to this place instead of having to make an appointment with an apple store and was not disappointed! Excellent customer service and great experience all around! Took less than 30 minutes and they even went far and beyond what I was expecting, cleaned my phone and left it looking brand new ! Would come back even though I live in Miami!

He built my PC and helped set it up for me! Great service, thank you so much Danny !

My Macbook Pro had some water damage and Danny took it in right away.
He thoroughly inspected it and cleaned and did not charge me for a diagnosis. Even though I had to replace my monitor, and he told me he could give me one for a great price( Incredibly cheaper than at any Apple Store), Im not sure if I want to replace it right now, so he made it so I can connect to any external monitor for now until I decide.
He was so kind and professional and did not charge me at all for his service. Everyone was so professional and quick and I would definitely go back to Experimax for any computer issue. Its great to find somewhere that works on Macs too!

Danny is super helpful. Went in to see why my Mac wasn't starting up and Danny worked with me for about a good 4 hours till we resolved the issue. If you need something done the right way with masterful expertise, this is the place for you.

Danny was excellent he help me to fixed both phone in a very short period of time. He personally is very nice and outstanding customers services. The only bad thing about this place is they don’t take apple paid and their system is slow but overall place was great.

Experimax is AWESOME. Danny immediately was able to diagnose my MacBook Pro and Mac Pro perfectly. Other places (like Best Buy or Apple Genius) would’ve either charged me an arm & a leg, noting “well ... that’s a legacy product, Sir. We are too good for that. Just buy one of our brand new $6K to $10K computers! Now!”. I’m exaggerating but I live 45 minutes from Experimax & knew it was well-worth the trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. These guys made me feel comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. I purchased 3 Apple Watches for me and my family. They provided an excellent deal and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be back to see them next time I’m in town for sure!

Where do I begin! This place is fantastic I was having issues with the memory on my new MacBook. I called around to several places who all told me it would be a week or more for me to get service, and some of the prices were outrageous. I Experimax and boom , came to the store they install my memory and clean my Mac same day. I could not be more pleased with the service or the phenomenal price. They have just became my go to place for all computer related problems and purchases.

An incredible experience from start to finish. Danny answered every question I threw at him whether it was before, during or even after the service was completed. He helped me understand the purpose of the upgrades and even taught me how things work. Chris directed me towards the best products not for his benefit but for me, so that I can have the best gaming experience possible. Despite all this good news I do have one complaint, They are 30 min away from me!!! Too bad it'll never stop me from going back whenever I need to install a new upgrade, Thank you so much Danny my pc is running 1000x better!!!

Great service and price for like-new Apple products. I love Apple products but the price generally keeps me away from some products. If that is your case, Experimax is the deal you should really consider - pre-owned-like-new products at attractive prices.

Beyond helpful, friendly and attentive. Had a screen emergency upon moving my daughter into college. 10 minutes later, phone was up and working. Couldn’t be happier. Don’t waste your time in Apple. They will get the job done.

Had problem with my Notebook starting up, took it to Danny and he took care of the problem right away while I was there.
Danny is a well experience, friendly and helpful character. I would recommend him 100%

Daniel was extremely helpful. He repaired two of our iPads quickly and efficiently. They now work perfectly, and our children are very grateful to have their iPads working again.
