Out of all the Publix stores this one is my favorite in all the departments !! But here’s why the 3 stars ! This is the second time I purchased 2 -Yogurt parfaits from the Produce department and got gyp’d . The first time I bought for my wife and I a Blueberry and Strawberry parfait and a Strawberry and Mango parfait for her .. those two were good !! So I purchased them again and the Strawberries in both were nasty,Bitter Fake Hybrid Mutated Strawberries!! We both spit them out and discarded the rest !! I’ll NEVER PURCHASE THOSE AGAIN!! Fake Foods !! BUYER BEWARE

Takes way too long for refills. I do not have 3 days to wait for them to order something, but my mom refuses to change! Drives me crazy. I changed to another "home town" pharmacy and wait 5 minutes for new scripts. Love you guys a Pa****a Pharmacy.

I picked up a prescription for cough syrup from drive thru. Cost $21.00 after insurance. I got home and the tamper proof cover was not put on correctly. Cough syrup all over bag, receipt, and three other medications.

I spent 25 minutes on phone. No one ever answered. While on the phone, I drove to Walgreens. Waited 5 more minutes to talk to someone. I was still on the phone. No answer. Finally a pharmacist came to consult window. Said would refill in maximum 5 minutes.

It's been 7 minutes. Finally got new product.

I’ve tried this pharmacy for a little over a year now. They’re the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Recently I had a script sent to them that my insurance company initially declined. It took the pharmacy 4 days to let me know. I called my insurance company and they let me know it would be approved if the pharmacy called their express line, but the automated system would continue to decline. I relayed the information to Publix pharmacy, and they assured me they’d call for approval. Its been a week now, with a reminder sent to the pharmacy, and nothing.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I called in a prescription for a refill 2 days ago. I went in today to pick it up & was told that they had no record of it. The tech asked if I'd like to wait & the pharmacist chimed in that it would be at least an hour or more. I felt like under the circumstances she could have filled it within 5-10 minutes.
Now I'll have to make another trip to pick up the RX.
Frustrating!

1st RX in a decade-awful experience. After several trips over 1 week to get this correct, final trip today they did not use my "GOOD RX" coupon I printed out and gave them, my bad not checking the amount at the register as I was rushed/ late to work. When tried to get them to use the coupon 2 hours later on a follow up phone call and it was a no go.
The attitude is too bad so sad.
Not very Publix-like.
I'm actually really disappointed. A $20 lesson for me. A lost RX customer for them.

Pharmacy staff are less than helpful, bordering on rudeness to customers... this situation has existed for a few years now ... causing me to relocate my prescription use to Mariner Commons
