Great place to have breakfast! The prices are average to other breakfast places. The food is fresh and they put their own spin on traditional dishes.
The ambiance was nice. Very clean inside and outside the restaurant. The service was awesome! Our server had a great sense of humor and super attentive and efficient.
She kept the coffee coming! ☕
They had excellent grits which can be hard to find around pasco/hernando county.
I would recommend this place and it's so nice to have a place to go to that isn't a chain restaurant like IHOP or Denny's.

It was our first time in the place and we absolutely loved it. It had a nice and relaxing atmosphere as well as a delicious smell throughout the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When the food came it was piping hot and it smelled amazing. We will most definitely be going back in the future.

My motorcycle group met up there for breakfast. Good food, excellent service, nice atmosphere. I'm not much of a breakfast guy, but the a la carte sausage, home fries, and hash browns were excellent. My friends really enjoyed their meals. We'll be back, thanks!

The owner and his sons and doughter are just amazing!! I have a excellerent yellow C8-R CORVETTE and they love it!!! The food is old time grandma's cooking comfort food and plenty of it. We go as much as we can..

"Best gyros in town" states their sign & I think they are correct. The meat was perfect. The right thickness, crispy edges but still juicy with good flavor. The pita was fresh. Tzatziki sauce was authentic. Service was quick & prices were fair. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

As I recently met someone, who's lived in Spring Hill for over 30 years I met him on Saturday as the farmers market across from timber pines, and he was on his way to a very close Greek restaurant to get some food, and I was expressing myself to him about thousand Island restaurant and his reply was I've lived in Spring Hill for 30 years and I never been there not even my wife, I said you're missing an incredible experience, the food is great but even way they greet you at the door they take you to a table you're very comfortable either in their Booth seating, or their tables and chairs, immediately someone comes out to ask you about your beverage you're not sitting around waiting and waiting just for a drink, they also accommodate large parties groups of people from different associations or condominiums in the area, but getting to the food breakfast all day they're open from 7:00 to 3:00, and I always enjoy their Gyros, you can have it as a sandwich with delicious fresh cut tomatoes and onions with their sauce, and they had many other platters sandwiches breakfast items delicious omelets three egg omelets loaded with all types of meats and cheeses and I could just go on and on and on but the staff is just so friendly they're very quick to bring your meals out to you it's a family-owned operation you've got the father his wife along with two sons and a daughter it should be the number one location for eating breakfast and lunch at Spring Hill Florida give it a try I'm sure you'll feel exactly the same way as I do

Today was my first time visiting the Thousand Island Cafe and I have to say that I was surprised actually. The decor is so elegant yet comfy . The people that work there are so friendly! They make you feel like you've been a client forever! Love the fact that they don't automatically add black pepper to their food and so it's delicious! I have a severe allergy to it. I want to thank the staff, our server today who was very friendly woman. I wish I would have taken the time to know everybody's name, but on my next visit or the one after or the one after, lol 😂 I will get to know them better. Thanks again, my day started out on a sad note, but you guys made it better!

Loved it! We went because I wanted a gyro. Yum. Husband got an open faced roast beef sandwich. He ate the whole thing.

First time in this restaurant. Every time we pass by, their parking lot is always full. Good food, great service and I love that there's windows everywhere. Breakfast as expected, they have clam strips and gyros also. Will definitely go back.

I decided to take my mother out for breakfast, we were originally going to take the food home with us, but when we spoke to the lady she told us that there was seating in the back and this was the first time that we ate in a restaurant since maybe March. The food is absolutely delicious and worth every penny and the staff is very friendly! I would definitely recommend.

This is our favorite place to go for breakfast when we’re in town visiting our son and his family!! Highly recommend the biscuits and gravey. You can't go wrong with anything you order. The staff is amazing as well.

Was excellent they took care of 2 lage groups over 20 for both group well organized food was warm and wait staff was wonderful Our group of 20 plus going back in July

This place is great! Wonderful staff, friendly owners and really good food. I appreciate them staying open during hurricane Ian. One of my favorite dishes there is the Athenian Omelette. It has onions, tomatoes, gyro meat, feta and served with a side of cucumber suace; so good!

My car club meets there every Sat morning great food , waitresses are the best.

This was a great find in Spring Hill dor breakfast, we went there looking for a good breakfast and left satisfied and happy with our choices. Their breakfast menu is served all day but they also have a lunch and dinner menu, going from greek to the classic meals and their own combinations. I ordered 2 eggs over easy with kielbasa sausage and home fries and my mother-in-law ordered a croissant egg sandwich with a cup of fruit. It was delicious, the eggs cooked over easy to perfection same with kielbasa and my mother-in-law loved her egg croissant. Also their orange juice tasted fresh squeezed and our waitress was lovely. The place was clean and pleasant with a nice decor. I'll definitely be back for dinner or lunch to try their regular menu.

Never had a bad experience. My family is always beyond satisfied with their meals. The food tastes like it's cooked with love. The staff are great people. Highly recommend!!

Stopped there for first time today for lunch. I had the Ruben and it was excellent. My husband had the gyro and he said he was the softest, best lamb he ever had. Will be going back and would recommend that you stop and try their food.
