Epic Health and Fitness Weeki Wachee

We absolutely love Epic Health and Fitness! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the owners, Tom and Bret. They are truly amazing, friendly, and caring individuals who lead by example when it comes to health and fitness. They are always available to answer our questions and share their own fitness experiences.

Since joining Epic, we have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people. The facility is always clean and very safe. It is a members-only gym, so you can't just walk in. The access is controlled with a key knob, and the best part is that it is open 24 hours a day! If you are looking for a friendly family gym environment that truly cares about your health and fitness, Epic Weeki Wachee is the place to be.

The staff at Epic is awesome too. As seniors, we attend Ms. Donna's class, and she is the best. She is highly skilled in senior fitness and other classes. When we first attended her class, we were greeted by friendly people and smiles. Our bodies were stiff, and my husband had recently undergone hip surgery. But now, he is up at 8:00 am, excited to go to the senior class. His movement has improved, and he is walking much better.

To take our senior health and fitness further, we decided to add personal trainers, Leah and Riley. They are excellent professionals who are skilled, caring, and patient. We told them the areas of our bodies we wanted to strengthen. In our first training class, we were a bit apprehensive, but now we are so happy we did it because we are feeling great! We have more flexibility, mobility, and experience less pain. We are feeling so good our grandkids will have to keep up with us!

We firmly believe that our health is our wealth, and Epic has been one of the best decisions we have made for our well-being. Let's go!

We love EH&FC! Best gym experience. Tom and Bren train Champions but treat you like family. They are currently training my wife for a future competition and believe in her like I do. They go out of their way to be inviting and provide a wonderful experience from equipment to staff to health options and personal training. All EH&FCs are top of the line.

This is hands down one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Super friendly staff, clean equipment, good pricing.
I have been getting personal training with Marcello for a few months now and my results have been incredible, I'm in the best shape of my life, my weight has gone from around 215lbs to 190lbs, all while building muscle! Nutrition and diet has been a breeze with my nutrition guide he provided as well. Can't wait to get bigger and stronger with the guidance of my new friends and mentors at Epic Health and Fitness!🤟💪

Very clean. No pressure or intimidation felt to compete with others. Variety of equipment and free weights. Awesome groups and personal trainers on duty to help when you need them. Highly recommend.

This will be the only gym we attend! A little extra in monthly fees goes a LONG way. Serious and like-minded people come here. Welcoming and stress free. Equipment is plenty for training in Powerlifting or just getting fit. Love the atmosphere and no drama!! We all re-rack our weights here!! Try it out! You won’t be disappointed bbb

Extremely friendly staff all ages come to workout and there is always something happening here from a class with a trainer to a fundraiser helping out the community amazing people come here and make an enjoyable workout every day

I love this gym!! EPIC, and its employees are the best ! Those I've worked out with are encouraging, knowledgeable and simply so kind! . I'm on the Silver Sneakers program and have met some wonderful men and women, all wanting to reach the same goals of getting or staying strong and healthy!!

Epic fitness is the best gym in the area. Whether you are old or young male or female , competitor or just exercising for health…this is the place. The owners Tom and Bryn are super supportive and non judgmental. They are very knowledgeable and will help guide you towards whatever fitness goals you may have. 5 stars!!

I only purchased a day pass. The staff was helpful and the gym was clean. I used the weight lifting equipment, and there is an excellent assortment of benches and weights. I didn’t use the cardio equipment. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town for a couple days.

Love Epic and what they have done for me in the last 4 months…and counting. Patty Carr has personally helped me as a trainer there and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. This is a great place for people of all ages and condition to get back to feeling healthy again

Love this gym. I just started here to train for my upcoming weightlifting season and it has everything I want and more. Machines and all the free weights you can dream of. Many of the other members are very kind and willing to help you out if need be. The staff also seems very supportive. I also love how uncrowded the gym is, makes it easier to do what I want to do and not have to wait behind a ton of people to use a bench. In summation, great gym and I already can't wait to go again:)

My fob did not allow me entry into the gym at 1'30 am. My first response was to blame the owner/s for their mismanagement. Later, the same day, I talked with the owner. He was warm, empathic, and understanding and took special time with me to demonstrate how to use my particular fob on the reader. We actually talked about how he was upgrading this location and expanding to other areas. Delightful gentleman. Epic Health and Fitness handled my concerns extremely well. Thank you.
