Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond

Excellent location with easy access to local businesses, retail, entertainment, paved walking/cycling trails, etc. The gym is mostly all cardio, with some space for yoga and a small collection of dumbbells. Indoor pool is small, but well-maintained. Hotel restaurant / bar is pretty good, too, with a decent selection for the complimentary breakfast. Staff is friendly and professional. Great value for your dollar, especially given the location. This Hyatt House is always the first place I check when I’m visiting Seattle.

We recently stayed three nights. The front desk staff was very polite. The breakfast was excellent and the dining area clean. Parking was convenient enough. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The indoor pool could have been warmer but was sufficient. Would stay here again.

The Hyatt House Redmond is conveniently located just off WA-520. The entrance is back in the development, but not too hard to find. The rooms are comfortable and in good condition. Happy hour at the bar was good--the bartender made me an excellent Makers Mark Manhattan. The breakfast has many choices and was nice and fresh.

Wow! what an amazing place. From the high end gym, swimming pool, great room service and friendly staff. This place is amazing, I highly recommend it for your vacations and short stays during trips.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants. The staff here are great, they have worked at this location for a long time (5+years). Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face. We have come here many times and the rooms are always very clean.

I stayed in this hotel for the weekend and all I can say is this hotel is very nice and well maintained. I had a room with a balcony. The room was very nice and clean with very high ceilings. Nothing was broken in the room. I definitely enjoyed my Stay. The hotel has a very nice bar and swimming 🏊🏾‍♂ pool onsite. I definitely would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel is close to everything around the neighborhood.

Nice hotel in Redmond right next to plenty of shopping and food options. Room was great. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Welcoming staff and I loved the onsite bar/restaurant

Modern clean and free parking. WiFi isn’t great in my room, nor is cellular signal. Other than that though it is great.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 days and we loved it!
The bed was super, super comfortable, the breakfast was decent, free parking in the garage across the street and a fantastic location in Redmond, just a 2 minute drive to Redmond town center and dough zone! Plus it really feels safe which not all areas of Seattle do anymore.
I will absolutely stay here again next time I go to Seattle.

My wife and I stayed one night. Clean room and nice service. Breakfast was good. We liked this place. We will stay here again next time we visit Redmond.

Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and the rooms were good sized for a couple. We rented a car for our stay so we were very grateful that there was parking across the street for the hotel and you didn't have to pay. Love that the room had a kitchen nook and full sized refrigerator for cooking since we were staying a full week.
There was a really nice sitted area on the ground floor with a fire place. The attached resturant we didn't get an opportunity to try but it smelled really good.
My favorite part might of been the hot tub (wonderfully relaxing) and the buffet breakfast that was included with our stay and was filling and delicious each morning.
Wonderfully kind employees too- even at 4:30am when we were checking out.

Great service with awesome modern rooms. I got first floor so it was massive with the high ceilings. Quiet and great place to work from. Walkable distance from Starbucks and lunch and dinner options. Great service at front desk.

Perfect place for Thanksgiving travel. There’s a laundry room, a small convenient store, and free parking is available.

We wanted to try something a little bit outside of the main city for our first night in the Seattle area and we were very happy with how cozy and tucked-away this hotel and location was.

Complimentary garage-parking here are plenty of good eats (new American, Sushi, Indian, Thai) and accessible shopping (notably Target) within short (+/- 5 minutes) driving distance. As someone who gets extremely uncomfortable and anxious with unfamiliar congested urban areas, I found the surrounding area welcoming enough to comfortably explore/navigate. Nearby nightlife seemed to wind-up somewhat early (10-11pm Friday) but we had a very good time in this area.

This location is true to the Hyatt name, very clean and well-kept. For a couple traveling together, we enjoyed the layout of our room and the spacious bath/vanity area. Our room had a balcony; not much of a view to be had here, but a very peaceful suburban retreat nonetheless. The bed in this hotel was the most comfortable on our trip, even in comparison to our "nicer" room in the Seattle/downtown area. The staff here were welcoming, very kind, but very out of the way otherwise. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel rooms are great and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has enough utensils, plates, spoons etc to gets started. Most of the hotel staff are friendly and super helpful. I strongly recommend Hyatt house due to the location, rooms, breakfast & bar.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in the Seattle area. Redmond itself is a great place, especially if you are a cyclist. The hotel is in a great location and includes parking and an amazing breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. Never had a bad stay and I hope I didn't jinx it.

Stayed here on business. Room was clean, good WiFi, comfortable bed and decent shower (no bath). Good sized fridge. Breakfast selection reasonable, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown, cereal, fruits, coffee, juice. Evening meal choices are limited, better to eat out. Very near to the Sammamish river trail, good for running, waking and cycling.

Great business hotel. Beds are super comfortable and large. Rooms are very well equipped and really taken into consideration a travellers needs. Great amenities including a workout room, clothes washing room, office area, pool, hot tub, and food. Plus it's nearby to a plaza and more food options. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there's a good selection of snacks to charge to your room. I always stay here when I'm in Redmond.

I lived for around 5 months in this residence in 2010. I was very pleased with the service and the friendly personal. Washing, cleaning every service is available. My room was equipped with a kitchen and a kind of welcome / TV area. Cleaning was always done properly. So I can definitely recommend this Apartment Hotel

im a regular visitor at the Hyatt Bar in Redmond because it's at a convenient location and is ideal for stopping by and doing some work while grabbing a delicious drink. there's plenty of space to work, and free wifi! The bartender, Tami, is wonderful at balancing small talk and letting me focus! I recommend the hyatt bar to anyone looking for a classy place to grab drinks and finish up office work for the day
