The staff are fantastic. The follow up is quick and thorough, both by phone and by text. I’ve had really good interactions with my two puppies with both Dr. Engelhardt and Dr. Hernandez. The technicians remember my puppies and little details about them each time we visit, which really shows me that they care about me and my pets. I highly recommend the team at LNAC.

Your Veterinarian practice made an excellent first impression on me. I am new to the area, and I am just ecstatic and relived that I was able to find such a wonderful vet for my dog who means the world for me and my husband. I am not as picky as when it comes to the well-being of my dog. It was imperative that not only the doctor was a great one, but also that the staff demonstrated true care, love, and patience for animals. So far, I am extremely satisfied and beyond happy to know my dog is in good hands.

I love this place truly I always choose pet paradise. It's really good, and the people are very, very nice and caring. They run a great system here. They take care of your pets. It really is an awesome place. Just picked up my dog today. And she is happy to see us. But I think she'd like to stay here a while longer. LOL but truly pet paradise lake Nona is number 1 as far as Im concerned love it.

The absolute best veterinary experience I have ever had! We have been bringing our mini golden doodle since she was 8 weeks old (she is almost 3 years old now) and have never had a bad experience. Highlights of my experience so far:

- The staff clearly loves animals and bring positive energy all the time, making our dog feel at ease and not at all scared.

- The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and easily approachable. They also clearly love their job and the animals they work with.

- Christmas party with giveaways! We won a raffle for half price on a dental cleaning (~$500 regularly) but our puppy was too young at the time to get a teeth cleaning, so they honored the coupon by giving us $250 off when we got her spayed. Completely unexpected and very much appreciated!

- Our dog had heat exhaustion on her 2nd birthday from playing in the heat too long, the animal clinic got her an 8am appointment the following morning for urgent care!

- They work with one of the most popular Vet Medical Records apps (VitusVet) making it easy to access all of the medical records and know when vaccines are due, etc.

- They not only applied a military discount at our first visit but permanently associated that with our account and now we get a military discount every visit without even having to ask!

Overall, I highly recommend Lake Nona Animal Clinic if they have openings available, they fill up quick! Bonus pic of our happy pup below.

We transferred here from another vet and no regrets indeed! Julia has been so hands on with my dogs requirements and has been very attentive with following up. The drs have been very good as well. Price range is cheaper than most vets around too.

Very kind staff and clean office. My puppy wags his tail at the vet and they absolutely love him. Can't get much better than that!

This place is amazing, they only attend to dogs and cats, not birds. However this morning I cut my blue and gold macaw’s nail too much and her bleeding would not stop. I went to PetSmart and unfortunately they didn’t have styptic powder and I started to panic. This clinic was next door and I went to them in hopes of them offering styptic powder. They don’t sell any but thank god I went here because they still helped me stop the bleeding even they don’t attend birds. Should I ever get a dog in the future. I will certainly come here again! Thank you so much to the staff!!!

The staff were all very pleasant and sympathetic, gentle with our little guy and even had him purring the whole time. The assistant also went over a multi-tier cost plan to work with us since we had to make an immediate visit, and couldn't wait for paychecks to come through as our pet suffered.
We'll be heading back to get the non-critical (but still very important) work done as soon as we get paid, and we really appreciate how they worked with us and were able to work out an affordable option for us to get him the critical care parts he needed right away.
They were very patient and informative, happily answering our questions, and just overall generally pleasant and very helpful. The overall office demeanor was also positive and friendly.

As a former vet tech myself, back in the college days, I am more critical than most people of vets and pet stores, and cognizant of other little details as well. Things you might not know to look for that reveal exactly how clean and professional a place is, regardless of how it looks to the naked eye. They passed with flying colors. It's the little things that indicate the company cares about their employees and patients, which means a lot to me.

I would definitely recommend their services if your pet needs medical care.

They are awesome. You can tell the staff genuinely love animals and they are all so sweet. We've been taking our dog for more than 5 years now. We just took our new puppy for her first visit. Seriously, they are the best.

Everyone here is so kind, great with my dog, and is sincere about wanting the best for our animals. The doctors have always taken the time to ensure all my questions are answered, and that everything is thoroughly explained. I never feel rushed as I have with other vets. I also don't feel pressured when they provide options that would cost more money. I'm very happy taking my pup to this Animal Clinic!

I had to update my original review to share that I picked up a prescription for my pup, and the bag was decorated 💕 (see photo). This was such a nice, personal touch that made me feel like as many animals as they see here, that each one is cared for. It really feels like a family here!

My cat Pauly was diagnosed with diabetes a couple of months ago. The diagnosis was jarring. Dr. Hernandez thoroughly educated us on the plan of care and also gifted us some insulin for the first month. We were blown away. There was a tiny hiccup with communication over the phone and they welcomed the feedback. They understand that our animals are like our children and a diagnosis as serious as diabetes is stressful. The staff is professional and amiable. I will continue recommending them! I know Pauly (pictured) is grateful to have such great Veterinary care 💗

I love them. They check up on all of my pets, supply medicine really quickly, and are decently affordable compared to other vets.
