AT&T Store

Such great people in this store here. I sat patiently for a little less then an hour as it was very busy and packed full of people. But one of the workers there Andrea was very courteous to everyone waiting as well as me. She was moving very quickly but getting things done having people in front of me just fly out the door with a smile on their faces. Needless to say she dose amazing at what she dose and needs a raise ASAP in my opinion. Great job here highly recommend seeing Andrea and this store for whatever you need. 1000/100 :)

The manager Mike and his teams customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a questions about and apple product and a cell booster for my home. Him and his support team responded promptly and professionally they made calls to the main office for me as well. They ensured if there was anyway to save money on my monthly bill it was searched out and applied to my account. Overall, my experience with AT&T store was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next purchase.

Ariana came in clutch!!! I had my phone repaired by ubreakifix and they forgot to put my sim card and the tray back so my phone didn't work and they closed before I realized it. Ariana at AT&T set me up with an e-sim, without that I would've been screwed for work the next day.

I was having the run around for two days trying to figure out a situation with my account. I just happened to get directed to Mike and it was LITERALLY smooth sailing from that point. Mike was very thorough, had great communication skills, very attentive to his customers’ time and helped me through the process. He has great customer service and really knows how to leave his customers happy! Will definitely be going back to his store again and will absolutely recommend him to people I know!

Great service the store was great and helped me get what I was looking for.

The associates were very friendly and took great care of me. Fast, efficient service. Also had a great variety of iPhones available at the time.
