They had a great sale. All body care for $4.95. Had to stock up and but Christmas gifts! They always make great gifts.

I always wondered if the people working here leave the store after 8 hours and are disappointed that the rest of us don't smell like scented candles. That aside, a very nice well organized store. It's beautiful just to look at and admire.

This has to be the most wonderful store ever built-up. It's my favorite and don't go anywhere else

I like this location. The company needs to bring back black cherry merlot. Nothing they have is even close.

Michael and Betsy are amazing. They helped me every step of the way, with finding products and answering all my questions.

Loved the collection and the person at the billing counter was very helpful while check out. There is still a lot of stock left from the Semi annual sale so hurry up guys 🙂

Love shopping here, the lotions, plug in scents always get me. I never spend less than $75 with each visit. But, I keep going back......love it

I just want to say how extremely pleasant it was to shop at the store for candle day during a pandemic. It could have not been more organized. Yes there was long line outside the building but it was expected because of the capacity of the store. I think i waited outside for maybe 20 minutes. The staff were super amazing with who I had interactions with which were several. From the staff outside passing out bags and providing masks to anyone who needed them all the way up to the cashiers. I would almost want to go to another store on Saturday to see if I get the same experience. I have been doing the annual candle day shopping for several years now, and 2nd year shopping at this store. Bath and Body Works @ Wiregrass is by far the best store!!!

Great store! I have had bad experiences in other locations, where I felt like employees didn’t take me seriously because I am a male. This was not the case in this store. One of the employees Lilian was great and fun. Treated me like every other customer and helped me find everything I needed... I will make the 30 min drive just because of her!

I love the Aromatherapy Sleep body cream and pillow mist, it is everything, I also bought stress relief body cream. I wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, great customer service, store is neat and organized as always. I paid $32.50 for my items but it is worth it, I love it. 😁

Eliz ALWAYS makes my visits to this store amazing! You're always greeted at the door by smiling faces, this staff is always helpful the store is very organized. Everyone is professional courteous and accommodating but Eliz is hands down my favorite! He always makes wonderful suggestions and does what we call in retail "walking the dog" which means he walks me through the store and shows me all of the newer and latest releases, and take this time to let me smell all of the new fragrances and suggest which ones he knows I would like and in all fairness he's never wrong. My sister Alysia and I will only shop at this Bath & Body Works because of the wonderful customer service we get! Eliz is a huge asset to this store and this company! We absolutely adore him! ☆☆☆☆☆

The place was packed over the weekend, but with killer sales and a coupon, that was to be expected! If you are ready for fall, look no further!! All the fall smells are out in handsoaps, sanitizers, lotions, bubble baths, and more! They also have their Halloween scents as well such as vampire blood (my fave!)and goulfriend! Time to start loading up on all your favorites!

The store was decked out in Christmas decorations and everything was neatly displayed. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The line was long at checkout which is normal for the holiday season. They helped me use a coupon too!

I would just like to say I work for the company and I typically only shop at my own store, but this store and its employees are very helpful. I know Janet personally and she's a great manager. Deyone (sorry if I miss spelled it) is also very very wonderful. They have always been so nice and so ready to help. Thank you for making me feel like more than a fellow employee of LB.

I have always loved their products. This location has a wide selection of products, excellent staff, and a great management team. When I had an issue with one of their products, they promptly returned it with no issues. Will definitely continue to be a customer here.

Annual candle sale was great! I had to stand in line outside, but the line moved rather quickly and I wasn't rushed in the store. The employees were friendly and helpful.

This store is a must for my wife at the Shoppes at Wiregrass. It's clean, convenient and friendly staff ready to help. Their products are reasonably priced and well organized and displayed.
