I was referred to Capital Periodontal by my regular dentist for evaluation of a specific issue. WOW! Impressive. These are some of the nicest, caring people I have ever met. From my initial phone call through my visit everything was the absolute best. I had read all of their reviews before my appointment and I can tell you that I see why they have consistently received 5 stars. I would leave more stars if I could:) Jessica was absolutely the best. Dr. Baldock was so kind and reassuring. I immediately felt at ease with him. I have a follow up in about 6 weeks and I actually am looking forward to it. Thanks to the entire team at Capital Periodontal!

As someone who had never had any surgeries before, I was quite nervous about the gum graft my dentist told me I needed. But from start to finish, Dr. Baldock and his team were wonderful to work with and excellent at answering any questions I had. It isn’t just the professionalism and competence they exhibit - it’s also the warm and welcoming feeling the office has that really puts me at ease. Even though they aren’t in-network with my dental insurance, I will certainly return if I need periodontal work in the future.

It's hard to find any business these days that provides this kind of outstanding service. They treated my son with kindness and care and went above and beyond to make sure he had a good experience with his minor surgery. Very, very impressed. Great team!

Dr Baldock and staff are great. Whether it's just a teeth cleaner or an implant process, they always show care for their patients. I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff! I'm so afraid of every dentist but this feels like I'm just visiting friends. The staff from Dr Baldock to every single staff member is warm and kind and makes you feel safe and cared for. Such a unique experience. They answer every question, take all the time you require, answer and return calls the same day and are all so very kind

I never thought I'd write a review about my experience at a dental office but WOW! Dr. Baldock and the entire staff are truly amazing. They have state of the art equipment (super fun to look at the 3-D images), the office is clean and welcoming, and everyone from the dentist and hygienist to the office staff were friendly, professional, and caring. I'd been to two other periodontist in town and I wish I had gone to Capital Periodontal Associates first!

Dr. Baldock and his entire staff are amazing! They kept me calm and comfortable before, during, and after a minor dental surgery. They are always happy to answer any questions or concerns I have and take their time with me, as if I were the only patient in the office.

Dr. Baldock's is absolutely wonderful. Not only is the entire staff super professional but they are genuinely the nicest people I have ever met. They took every precaution and comfort to help ease me into surgery and were so incredibly supportive. From walking in, to surgery, to follow up phone calls and weekend check ins, this office has the gold star on service and care.

Dr. Baldock is professional, precise, efficient, and pleasant. His technicians are excellent and calming. The reception/customer service staff is friendly, helpful, and perceptive to client needs. Exceptional actually! Rumor is they are professionally trained in high level customer service and it shows every visit. The facility is spotless and welcoming. There are surprise treats from time to time. Once, after a procedure that required my wife to pick me up, they had flowers for her ! I love this team.

I have been Dr. Baldock's patient since 1983. I am and will forever be grateful for the superbly skilled and completely effective care he and his staff have provided me. Dr. Baldock is a brilliant diagnostician as well as a remarkably talented medical practitioner and caregiver, and his techniques are also noteworthy in that his procedural techniques minimize associated trauma, such that my recovery times have been surprisingly quick, and OTC pain meds were all I needed 2d day after surgical treatments. The clinic is clean and comfortable, the clinical staff and the administrative staff are genuinely empathetic and superbly professional, and their skilled teamwork with Dr. Baldock really reinforces my confidence that I am receiving the best possible professional and medical care, from incredibly nice and very, very competent providers. Dr. Baldock and his staff are reliable, highly skilled, up to date medically and technically, and they are genuinely compassionate caregivers - and I appreciate them very much.

My experience with Dr Baldock and his staff has been simply amazing. The first moment you step into his office you are greeted with a friendly smile. The office is very comfortable. Everything looks and feels new, neat and clean. Appointments were easy. A real person actually answers the phone. The staff are compassionate to others, dedicated to their jobs and highly professional. People are happy in this office. My surgical procedures involved reconstruction and were staged. I felt safe, very informed, and "cared for" with Dr. Baldock's expertise. I continue my routine cleanings and care at his office. He is a true gentleman, and is highly regarded by friends and family. 5 stars, easily.

Had my first visit today and I found Capital Periodontal to be a wonderful experience. All the staff was friendly knowable and informative. All their equipment is state of the art. They let you know all costs and procedures in detail so no surprises. And to top it off they had Diet Coke in the drink offerings as I left. Thank you.

It is very difficult to put into words how much Dr Baldock means to me. He is the kindest, most caring and compassionate dentist or medical doctor I have ever had in my 82 years! He will always take time to listen to my concerns and explain what he feels are the best solutions for them. His hygienists and staff are the best .....friendly, sweet and extremely competent. My mother and my husband have been coming here for years. I have gone to them as well for a couple of different reasons. We all love and trust Dr. Baldock and his staff. They are all very kind, caring and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is great, the office is extremely nice and clean. And they treat everyone with respect! Great place, great people!!

I'm scared to death of the dentist, but with Dr Baldock and Jessica and all staff feel safe and comforted. Everything is always explained to me in detail ways I can understand. You never feel rushed. They gave whatever time is needed so I'm feeling safe and comfortable. I'm so amazed and excited that my Dr Baldock is a doctor who is open to new researched methods/tests/treatments going on and incorporating them into his practice. The atmosphere is like being home, with home care professionals. Very soothing not harsh like a hospital feels. I cant say enough about this practice. It's a 10! Thank you Jessica for always being exceptionally patient and attentive and observant when working with me. She picks up on things she sees and hears when interacting with me that I wasnt aware of myself. Very insightful and sensitive to each patient's personality and issues. Getting mouth work done is never fun, but the people who work here make it so easy for you. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind. I felt extremely comfortable every time I came in for a visit. Dr. Baldock is an exceptional doctor. I have had a couple procedures done in the past, but my surgery with Dr. Baldock showed the best results. I felt comfortable during the procedure, and I healed wonderfully afterwards because of the techniques they used and the bandages they applied. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Baldock if they need a periodontist in the area.
