I bought my dress for my Sweet 16 here and received my homecoming dress free. Linda was great, she made me feel so important.

Beautiful dresses and good sales people, just very pushy. I felt pressured in to buying a dress from a catalog that I didn’t love. I was promised free shoes which when I brought it up was given an attitude and was told “well I only charged you $199 for the dress (which is a lot of money for me) but I guess you can pick a pair. Good luck finding any your size.” Which I couldn’t. They told me I needed to have it altered right away even though I had just had a baby and the event wasn’t for several months. I paid $60 for the alterations and it didn’t look right on me. I tried the dress on a couple months later and it was swimming on me due to losing baby weight. So I called to have it realtered and they told me they couldn’t do it because it was a busy time for them and the seamstress was in the hospital, which is absolutely understandable. But I had to take it elsewhere and pay another $50 to have it altered. And the multiple seamstresses I showed it to had all told me it wasn’t altered right to begin with. I ended up paying over $300 for a dress I don’t love. Which is an incredibly large amount of money for me. I know I should have spoken up and I definitely will be doing so from now on. But just not at this boutique.

My daughter instantly fell in love with a dress for prom. Her prom was last night, after 5 hours being
In her dress she started seeing tears in the seams and gems falling off, and boning coming out of the ruffles. My daughter hates me spending lots of money on her, she feels bad that a dress she loves cant even look good on a hanger because it is trash.

The owner treated me like garbage when I bought a dress two years ago, made me cry in the dressing room, and convinced my dad to buy me a new dress on the spot. Already had a dress and it just needed alterations. She had promised him free express shipping and free alterations and held up neither of those. Owner is a very nasty lady and needs to treat her customers and ESPECIALLY her employees better.

Fake and pushy while shopping. Once you pay them they are rude, dismissive and mean. Alterations are terrible. Didn't mind paying the prices so my daughter would feel beautiful and special. The alterations made the dress uneven. My daughter was too embarrassed to dance and was upset when several of her friends saw it was uneven and tried to adjust it only to see the dress was altered incorrectly. Of course they didnt even try to make it right at all.

Went in to look for a dress the woman working just sat there, Then after having to repeat myself numerous times to even get her to acknowledge us being there, even then she did not seem interested in helping us and when she finally got up to answer us she proceeded to get out a catalog and started to name prices of dresses instead of listening to the type or style I was specifically looking for. When you are formal dress shopping, when you find that perfect dress, price shouldn't be a factor. If it is then this is the store for you cause thats all the matters to her is looking down her nose being judgemental and thinking you can't afford her dresses.

Seamstress ruined my sister's dress, made it too small. My sister is twig thin, how the hell is she supposed to fit in this horrid thing, she would have to brake a few ribs to fit in it. Then she says no refunds or returns. Are u for real? Will be looking for a new dress, Customer service down the drain. Will NEVER EVER refer nor recommend this boutique.
