Dr. Bryan and his staff took wonderful care of me when having my wisdom teeth removed. I was able to schedule my consultation and come back for my surgery the very same week, and they even asked me to come in the day after my consultation for a second x-ray, free of charge, to make sure I was good to go for my surgery.

Dr. Bryan was kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions, as were his receptionists.

The surgery went very well and I am recovering just fine; I even ended up enjoying the experience!

I think the office must've hired new staff since those older reviews about the rude receptionist because when I went there was no such thing.... I woke up with extreme pain, turns out my wisdom teeth were coming in. I called and explained and they took me for a consultation that same day at 3pm! They were even able to schedule my removal surgery for the next morning at 8am! The surgery went great and I had no complications afterwards. The doctor was clear and straightforward and his staff was very thorough and nice! The office was clean and not busy at all- no wait! Would recommend

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Bryan and his staff. I had a wisdom tooth extraction Monday, which had always given me anxiety to think about, but it was a breeze with this office. The staff was super friendly and reassuring. When it came time for the procedure all I remember is sitting down while the staff setup
then blinking and the nurse removing my bib. I honestly didn’t know they had even started. Will definitely go back to them for any future oral surgery needs.

I had a tooth extracted today and prior to this I was pretty scared because of past experiences. I have got to say I would never be afraid again if I had to do it over, but Dr. Bryan is the oral surgeon I would use. The office staff was very friendly and went to a lot of trouble to put me at ease. The nurses were very assuring whilst sending me to la la land. Dr. Bryan came in. He is a man of few words but he had a very calming effect and the next thing I know is waking up. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dentist/orthodontist/oral surgeon as I had with Dr. Bryan. I got my wisdom teeth out in Orlando over a school break and when I got back to Tallahassee I was in so much pain I couldn't talk eat or move, even with my pain killers. I called Dr. Bryan and they said they could fit me in that day if I could come in. Dr, Bryan told me I had dry sockets, packed them with medication and sent me on my way free of charge. A few days later I had another complication and started spitting up blood for hours. Again, Dr. Bryan made time for me again, right way. I got prescriptions and three separate visits from Dr. Bryan for free because my oral surgeon really messed up. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bryan, he is very professional, nice and comforting. His staff is also really sweet!!

Our oldest son has had extensive oral surgery from a pool accident when he was young. In addition, he had his wisdom teeth extracted. This office and surgeon are incredibly kind, easy to work with and successful with all of our procedures.

Best oral surgeon in Tallahassee. He has performed oral surgery on several family members, including me, and done a thorough and precise job. I highly recommend him.

Rudest, most uncaring receptionist I have ever dealt with. Doctor was nice enough, but not worth dealing with the lady at the front. Ultimately, I ended up canceling my wisdom teeth appointment after being talked down to when I needed to reschedule. Dr Bryan, get a new receptionist and you will be fine.

Tried to get my wisdom teeth removed. they had an error with their check scanning system and we went over the start time for the surgery trying to get my check cashed, and the dentist wouldn’t see me after all that time. going over time was a system error, not because of my doing. he should’ve still seen me. i do not recommend coming here at all. the only positive is the women working up front are very nice and want to do everything in their power to get Dr.Bryan to see me.

One star is too good for this office. The receptionists were unbelievably rude and uncaring. It was very obvious they all hate their jobs. The nurse (I'm assuming. she didn't even state who she was.) gave me an attitude the entire time she was taking my x-rays of my teeth. The doctor came in for a consulatation and briefly told me what was happening. He did not even ask if I had any questions. I could barely hear him. It was all an unpleasant experience. Once I got to the check out, the receptionists gave me a hard time about my insurance. They would not even bill my insurance for the 168$ consulation. They said they would just "put a credit on my account whatever the insurance paid for." The lack of care everyone showed me made it obvious that I will not be getting my procedure done here.

I would give less stars if I could. Scheduled a consultation with this office to have a tooth pulled. Saw Dr. Bryan who told me this was a simple extraction and there would be nothing to it. Was told the total would be $19. I returned two weeks later, in and out. Paid my money and was on my way. Now a YEAR LATER they have billed my insurance for both a consult I was not told about and a MAJOR ORAL SURGERY which my insurance pays out at a lower percentage. I received a bill for $151 on top of the $19 I already paid. When I called to discuss the codes billed the lady was rude and no help at all.

They made me wait six weeks for a consultation when they knew I was in pain. I had to cancel the appointment because of I'm moving and they showed zero understanding. They said it would now be two months before I could get in. I'm still in agony with this tooth and this office doesn't care. I'm fully insured and all my dental care is up to date. I don't understand how they can show so little compassion.

Unbelievable bad experience!!! I took my disabled child to this dentist in hopes of understanding care. After months of working with my child to get them to the dentist they made it a terrible experience. Please think again before giving them your business.

Very frustrating office to deal with. I see so many comments on here about the rude lady in the office that deals with insurance I wonder if the doctor knows how much business he is losing. I deal with people everyday and I would never talk to people the way she talked to me and the insurance agent.

Tried to make an appointment to be seen for severe pain. The lady that answered the phone was the most uncaring receptionist I have ever experienced. This office would be better served with compassionate staff answering their phones.
