Went shopping for some SpongeBob collectibles and was assisted by a positive and professional staff member, Lyndzee. The store had the merchandise I was looking for, the store was clean and organized, and the staff were outstanding.
This Hot Topic earns a perfect score.

i went into hot topic yesterday looking to upgrade my wardrobe from basic to super drippy, but alas, i have no swag.. that’s when i met the best freaking hot topic worker ever!!!!!! sarah helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! i’m serious! it was the best experience i've ever had whilst shopping. i am eternally grateful to sarah for helping me become the most dripped out-swagalicious person ever! after shopping at hot topic, my rizz levels were off the charts! thank you hot topic for having amazing clothes, and thank you sarah for the fire customer service >:D

I can't keep my kid out of here! Hes 15 now and loves anime and awesome band tee shirts. They send us coupons often. The store is a little small but always neat. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love this store. Using my discount allowed me to get 2 Christmas gifts for family members for a very low price. The selection of items was exactly what I have come to expect from Hot Topic. The staff was friendly and check out was fast.

Had to exchange an item I purchased before Christmas. The salesperson, Mars, was super helpful found the replacement online processed the new to ship to my home. Great experience. 5 Stars all day..:)

The girls working were very tentative. They were very active in conversation with my 6 year old about her new build a bear. I was informed of new product coming in as well. Great overall experience at this location.

5 stars to Mary! I even called the store and told the manager how amazing she was. I was looking for a Captain America Loungefly for my niece-I’m not good at these things-. They didn’t have any at the location just on Amazon, which made me nervous to purchase it. I called hot topic because I figured the employees there would know more than me. Mary helped me with all the ways to see if it was a real bag. Even recommended checking out other places that may carry them. After I confirmed everything w Amazon I called back and spoke to Mary again and advised of the seller. She confirmed w me that her friend has gotten stuff from their site and they are legit. She made me so much more comfortable with my purchase. If this was something Hot topic had I would have definitely purchased there. The fact Mary was willing to help me even though she knew I was purchasing from another seller shows she is all about the customer. For that I will make sure to continue shopping at this location- and I love to shop :)

Friendly staff and a great selection of accessories

We went in just looking and ended up getting the cutest pop thanks to help from lindsey! (hope thats how you spell it). She was super accommodating and even helped us reach the top shelf and pick out our favorite one. Super great employee and experience!

I went to this location today and the employees that helped me were super sweet and friendly, I dont think I caught their names but the guy was wearing a guns n roses vest and the other employee had pink hair. If the manager happens to read this, you should give them raises! Legitimately such nice people.

One of our favorite stores! They have some really cute trendy clothes, pins, shoes, and loungefly backpacks. Love it.

Very good site ordered a couple things that were 60% off. Can't beat saving money. Deflect came early and one right on time. Totally would shop on line again.

Always fun. Good sales and good values. But the hot topic cash is kind of a pain because it has a very short expiration time
