This location is great! I only cancelled because I was moving. Super clean, very friendly staff and fair prices. I’d highly recommend this storage company and location. Even cancelling was easy and no pressure. Great experience.

I've had a storage unit here for a couple of years, and I'm very happy with it. Clean place, never run into a problem. Today, i needed to switch to a larger unit, and Brenda could not have made it easier or faster! Super Customer Service, Thank you!

I reserved a unit online and went the following day to sign my lease. Brenda, the property manager was very helpful. She went over my lease contract and explained everything to me. I liked the fact that I was able to purchase my lock with her as well. She then drove me to my storage locker and showed me how everything worked and it's well kept. This place is amazing, super convenient to be able to haul my stuff in and out all day. I am new to this storage thing and It's super close to my house. Great experience and wonderful on site staff and friendly website. Thank you, Brenda!!

Very nice place and staff is very helpful! John was awesome and called back after all the stuff was done online to make sure I got everything taken care of. Very much appreciated and we love having our camper under cover.

Edwin is awesome! He called me as soon as their store opened to ask about my reservation! I was able to go up there immediately and see my unit pay for the month and do my paper work which took less than 20 mins! Best storage unit I've ever had with awesome customer service!!!Thank you Edwin!

Olga was personable. knowledgeable, and had a great accent. She treated every customer as if they were the most important customer that came in that day. The facility was clean and well kept. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. And,,, the prices are very fair. Jeff E.

We currently have storage for our RV and when the storm was heading to Tampa we had a boat to store I went to the facility and Lisa Martin was amazing she was very professional helping me and other customers and she got me a spot for our boat. She made sure I was able to get it there before you closed before the storm. She provided excellent service. I work in the providing customer service and feel it’s important to recognize excellent service. Your lucky to have someone like her to represent your company.

Brittney was so pleasant when I arrived and treated me so well throughout my entire experience. She offered me various unit options and was genuinely happy to answer my many questions. Throughout the rental process, she was thorough, reviewing all details, and even explained the communications that I should expect. I was very pleased with my overall experience, but would like to give extra kuddos to Brittney for the EXCELLENT customer service!

Manager Lisa is professional, courteous and goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers needs. When she makes a promise she delivers. No worries about her forgetting to followup. She takes time to give personalized service even when its apparent she is very busy multitasking running such a large facility. Clean, secure and well managed facility. Prices are competitive and in line with competition. Highly recommended.

From the first time I walked in to their office, every phone call and interaction with staff (especially manager Lisa), customer service has been exceptional. Professional and friendly. They also honor and respect military members. The units are spacious and clean- and secure! I’ve rented numerous storage units over TVs years- and these have been the best (space and service).

Moving long distance is stressful, Brenda at Storage King on Commercial Way in Spring Hill made it so much easier. She spent time with me before my move explaining the options and what would be best for my needs.
Brenda also was amazing with the additional unit.

Wow - great experience setting up my storage rental. Lisa was super helpful and super friendly. And, she knew the names of every renter that came in when I was there - amazing. She is the very definition of customer service … what an asset for the company!
