Dr. Nizar and the staff are wonderful people who care. I've always felt comfortable here and would never go anywhere else. Grateful for this urgent care in our community.

Spent less than a hour there. The Doctor was awesome. Very attentive and asked lots of questions to diagnose my problem. Excellent care.

Two times I've been here I've had the same urgent Care dr. He's very knowledgeable. And he's a straight-up he knows what he's when he speaks about alternative diets as he himself as had to do the same to lose some weight. He gave me some tips about how to get healthier without using medications. Yet he also was well-informed and told me options if I needed them. Ladies checking you in to the women taking your vital signs, were all perfect. I was very happy with the outcome. I would see this doctor anytime. I wish you was my PCP.

Best medical care I've experienced in many years! I interacted with at least 4 staff members, and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I had two tests run and was in and out within an hour, including wait time. Tip: if you want to be one of the first in line, show up right before they open, and scan the QR code on the door. Refresh the page right at opening time, then submit. God bless these people!

I went in today and was in and out in an hour. The entire staff was friendly, and Deborah (nurse practitioner) had the best bedside manner. She listened attentively, and went over everything in depth. I did not feel rushed at all. It was the most pleasant and fast experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting.

Update: visited this past Sunday and saw Deborah again. She even remembered me from 10 months prior. She again showed empathy and compassion, and provided excellent care.

Only Urgent Care I go to! The nurses are helpful and SO NICE, it’s busy because it’s near the hospital. You can wait in your car and they come and get you when it’s your turn, taking you right into your room. I’ve seen a nurse practitioner both times and they were both professional and listened to everything I had to say. Discharge was simple and the front desk was friendly as well. Thank you for your help!

Dr. Kelly and staff did a wonderful job taking care of my husband's elbow. The doctor ordered an x-ray, removed the fluid from the bursitis, and ordered a compression wrap. All of the staff from the Office to the room was a great experience. My husband doesn't like to go to the doctor so today was a great experience for him.

Each of my visits has been for my youngest. She's 4. And they have been great each time. The Dr spelled out shot so she wouldn't panic and treated her with the up most care and respect. Explained to her to where she would understand and asked her permission for everything. And this is the care we got walking in 10 mins before closing with 4 people ahead of us. I was out at 9:15pm! I always leave here wishing the Dr that saw her could be her primary.

Update: I actually went for myself and still received top notch care! I split my finger open and needed stitches I was in and out in less than an hour. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and its time to take them out and the lobby is packed. Oh I'm going to be here forever bc of triage and mines not urgent. Nope! Only a few people were called back before me and I was out in no time. I will admit I was nervous about the removal process bc of the blade being that is how I ended up there in the first place but he removed them with ease.

Yet another update: lol had to take my son to get his toe looked at. It ended up being an infected ingrown toenail that he never told us about 🤦🏾‍♀ but also in and out each time. Oh I should also mention that I actually took him to his primary before getting a second opinion there because the nurse practitioner at his primary told us to take the antibiotics and dig it out like I went to medical school. He never even touched the toe. At the urgent care he poked, prodded, took a culture, looked up which antibiotics were best and unsurprisingly he was given the wrong antibiotic by his primary 🥴. He told us to come back in a few days to have the doctor remove it. The nail not the toe. 😂 Went back the doctor gave him the option of having the whole thing removed or some on each side. He explained everything to him before doing anything and while he was doing! I'll make this my last update bc I think y'all get the picture 🤣

Very efficient for an urgent care. I was in within 15 minutes, saw the doctor within 5 minutes after my nursing assessment, was diagnosed, and written a prescription as well as getting a breathing treatment in less then an hour. Dr. Streacker had a pleasant disposition and good bedside manner. Straight forward. For being a visitor in Tallahassee I was very impressed.

Maybe I hit them on a slow day (New Year's Eve), but these folks were the best. I got an appointment online (like they told me when I called) and before I finished the paperwork and within 10 min, a calm and wonderful nurse called me back. She listened carefully to what I had to say, took my vitals, and went for the doc (Streacher?). He listened carefully, examined me thoroughly, explained things thoroughly and even showed me chest xray which suggested pneumonia. The nurse gave 2 painless shots and kept checking to see I was doing okay. The facility was clean and comfortable and front desk folks were kind and patient. I would recommend them and definitely go back.

If you can't get to your regular Doctor, the TMH Urgent Care center is a good place to go. The front desk folks were helpful, the wait time wasn't too bad considering it's the height of the Flu season, and the Dr and staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. I had my doubts when I needed to go here instead of my usual Dr. but they were great and had me feeling better right after the visit.

This was the best Urgent care experience ever! Thank you for your kindness, compassion and urgency! The whole staff from checking in a to checking out. Dr and nurses are excellent and this center should be a model for all the others to learn from. Great job TMU!!

My experience here was great. I arrived around 7:30 and was In and out in less than an hour. The nurse Sharmaine was the absolute sweetest, very patient, and made my experience 10x greater . In addition I was seen by the NP Ms.May who was very informative and thorough. If i could add 5 more stars to this review I would !

07/3/17 our daughter split her foot right open doing gymnastics and it was in a terrible spot between two toes. We got there at 8:25 pm and they were finishing up for the day. We felt so bad going there instead of the emergency room. However the entire staff was fantastic and very understanding and sweet. They are the definition of professionalism. They are all angels and hero's . They took their time stitching up her foot even though it was in the most difficult spot possible. God bless them, they went above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Best in town , hands down !

Scheduled a time online, no waiting when I got there. I was taken back to an exam room by nurse Tiffany before I even finished the paperwork. Didn't wait long for Dr Scott either. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great to know they are there when I can't get in to my primary care dr. Would definitely recommend.

Tallahassee Memorial Urgent Care was honestly a life saver for me when I was suddenly hit with flu-like symptoms in the middle of the week. I’m new to town and I was in desperate need of a doctor because I was too sick to take an exam and despite telling my professor, I still needed the excuse note from the doctor.

My sickness hit me the night before the exam which meant I had to find an urgent care that accepted my insurance (UnitedHealthcare HMO—not PPO which is the commonly accepted version) on the day I was missing class. If I didn’t find someone who accepted my insurance and who was reliable, then I wouldn’t get excused for the day and I’d get an F (in Calculus nonetheless).

After going through two urgent cares in one morning, all of which denied my insurance because I had HMO and not PPO, TM Urgent Care was not only the only one to accept my insurance, but they also had a relatively short wait time for walk-ins (approximately 30-40 minutes because I had to fill out paperwork). Their staff was incredibly charming and both doctors I saw (I went in the day after for an ear infection) were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Neither of them pressured me to get medication and both provided me with several cost-efficient options. I’m very grateful that this urgent care exists and I’m not looking to switch anytime soon.

8/30/2020 Wonderful competent staff. Their swift and knowledgeable aid helped put me at ease. I am a regular at urgent care centers (I guess I am a bit clumsy!) and this was not only the quickest visit, but also the visit with the kindest staff.
My stitches look wonderful! I am so grateful that I made it over here! Thank you!!

Can't say enough good things about my experience. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Same for medical staff in the back. I can see why it is best to get there early. I was taken back promptly, but the facility was packed when I left. I generally see my regular physician, but I fell ill over the weekend.

I made my first visit to Urgent Care this morning. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed of check in and the short wait time. Check in staff was cordial and efficient. I was seen by a nurse and ARNP. I appreciate having this facility as an option in Tallahassee and recommend it as well.

I’ve been here twice since I’ve moved to Tallahassee and the people are so nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk try to get you in as quickly as possible. And my nurse Codi was super sweet!
