Old Navy

The store is pretty much what you expect from an Old Navy, but the customer service is stand-out excellent. The employees are especially pleasant.

In particular, the “order online, pick up in store” experience is the best-run I have ever seen. For example, on one occasion I placed an order and then received the email confirming that it had been prepared for pickup within a literal MINUTE.

Love their store and will buy a pea coat or 2 when they come in within the next 2 weeks. One employee told me the pea coats should b in the low $60.00 range. When living in Philadelphia pa I had 2 pea coats and they r great 4 warm and wearability and made well. Last 4 ever. Must get them dry cleaned after winter passes.

Visited OLD NAVY to exchange some merchandise. My encounters with employees during this visit was pleasant. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store and professional assisted by a wonderful cashier. The overhead music the store plays puts you into a shopping mood. Pleasurable experience...

Old Navy provides the latest fashions at great prices for the whole family. Shop Men's, Women's, Kids' and Womens Plus clothing.

Nice location with good selection and friendly staff. Like every Old Navy location I wish they would carry long length options in the store.

I deal with this location where I work, and the management team is top-notch. It makes my job run smooth when I get to interact with those types of employees

I was in the store to buy school uniforms, but I ended up shopping for myself, great selections.

The entire staff exemplified EXCELLENT customer service on today being one of the busiest times of the year(back to school- Florida's Tax Free Weekend). All smiles, greeted everyone from the front of the store to the back with EXCELLENT help then to the registers, everyone showed great work ethics and every register opened. Kudos to Management for hiring a great team for this business. Made me want to spend my funds.😀

Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Bathroom needed to be checked, a trash can or two had exploded or maybe a troll made it rain paper towels on his gf troll, who knows. Also, do yourself a favor and call them to hear the ABSOLUTELY STELLAR store directory recording. 9/10 Would call and visit again.

I love this store. Clothes are a good price, even better with the sales. I usually dont walk out empty. Salespeople are friendly and helpful .

I went to Old Navy a few days ago for the first time in a long time. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I needed assistance twice to find sizes and they were right on it!

Old Navy helped me big time I needed a dress and that had so many it was hard to decide there dressing room is so cozy I do recommend old Navy for bathing suits, nice dresses and even shoes and jewelry
