They came immediately and helped us in an emergency situation in a new-to-us house.
They do great work, clean up after their selves.

But.... they did not call County for roof inspection for months!
Art does not return phone calls.

Bottom line is work is excellent but follow-up is less than zero.

Would have Given a 5 but owner art has still not given us the paperwork for the roof job. He did on a house I bought last year which was part of the closing terms.

Very reasonable on price but sometimes sloppy on job. They need to better supervise their crew.

We had them roof our house. Roof is great, however, they never closed out the permit with the county of Pasco. This was 7years ago!! We have just been made aware of this while selling our home during the closing process. We have tried numerous times, Left messages, to contact them. No response. No call back. Don’t use this company. They are not professionals. They do not complete their end of the permit process and now we are trying to get this resolved with zero help from them. This was their job!! The county of Pasco has sent them numerous correspondence over the last 7 years to resolve it and they chose to ignore it (as per Pasco County).

Owners name is Art - highly unprofessional

He won’t answer phone I don’t know how he passed inspection if he got one I should of looked at the reviews before I hired him I have a roofing company that wanted more than I paid for the roof to repair

Capstone roofing was hired by the seller when we purchased a home in April. As part of the closing, the roof was to be replaced. Against our better judgment, after reading reviews of Capstone roofing, the seller decided to go with this guy. The roof started leaking immediately after the “new roof” had been installed. We got him to come out to the house about about a month later, and after a very brief look at the roof, without even getting on a ladder, he told us it was “not his problem.”
There is nothing positive to say about Arthur Miller. given we had not moved to Florida yet, we had out-of-state area codes on our cell phones that he never answered. When we finally got him on the phone, he claimed that he doesn’t like to answer the phone from out of state area codes. He was incredibly hard to track down and shame on any realtor who suggest this company for roof replacement or repairs.
While we’re at it, I certainly wouldn’t suggest RealEstay or Rob Fernandez out of the Tampa area for any sort of real estate transactions. He’s just as shady as Arthur Miller.

I recently bought a home in Spring Hill. During inspection a leak was found in the roof. My realtor called Capstone Roofing and the owner Art Walsh came right away and gave us an estimate. We agreed he would do the repair after closing and before I went back to Wisconsin to close on my home there. He never showed, didn't call and will not return my calls. It's been six weeks, my roof still leaks and I've called at least a dozen times without the courtesy of a call back. If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional.
It is now May 25 and the job is still not done. Art called me when I was in Wisconsin and said he would be there the next day. Of course that was impossible. He claimed all my calls went to trash because I had a Wisconsin area code. I left at least a dozen voice mails and also used a phone with a Florida area code. How he can expect me to believe such a lame lie is beyond comprehension. He assured me my calls would get through when I returned to Florida in early May. Long story short, after a week of calling and threatening to file a complaint with the BBB he finally called and set up a date for the repair. He never showed, didn't call and again is hiding like a coward behind his voice mail. There is no doubt in my mind that he deserves his "F" rating from the BBB. My advice, if you want your roofing job done without aggravation, call somebody else. I did and the job will be done on the day after Memorial Day.

No stars. They ripped us off for 4000.00. They took our money and no work in 5 months. DO NOT USE THEM

Charged me for permit and never got one!!
