So, my 3 year old vacuum was acting up and honestly I don't want to spend another $120 on buying a new one.

Long story but short, mike was a pleasure dealing with and the vacuum was fixed and it only cost me $15. In all, very satisfied.

Im not exactly sure who this google user is who says we are the worst and that we rip off rhe elderly and consumers?? We have been in business for almost 30 years and i have never had a bad experience with a customer..ive always been fair and honest with every single person that walks into my store..my guess is a "personal" vendetta with an (x) that would be so immature enough to smear my businesses reputation..ive had false accusation put on me just around the same time these comments were posted..please do ask around anyone who has done business with us and you will find out since my father opened this business in 1988 to this day, we have had not one bad experience with any customers that wernt resolved with a fair and friendly outcome..i wish i was computer literate enough to figure out how to delete that smeared lie comment made by ofcourse a google user instead of being man or woman enough i should say to use their real name..atleast that way i personally would have rectified the issue and made everyone happy as i do six days a week..please feel free to come in and meet me personally along with my sister krysten and you will see we are good and fair people..we want lur customers to come back again just as they have since the gator came in 28 years ago...thank you for taking your time to read this...acting manager/technician...mike shea..

The motor quit on my 5 year old Shark, Mike not only got it running perfectly, it looks like a brand new machine!!!! 5 starts is not enough for the service you get there!

I come here on a regular bases for my vacuum and carpet shampooer. These guys are very trustworthy.
