People are helpful, and they were able to rush the alterations for my (now) husband's suit! Everything came out perfectly, we were very happy with the results!

I showed up about two hours before closing looking for a last minute suit purchase. I hadn’t been sized in a few years, and I was unsure of budget options.

I was instantly greeted by Kel and the other employees were friendly in passing. The atmosphere truly calmed all my anxieties and worries within a few minutes.

Kel calmly explained my budget options, got me sized and walked me through some good choices for my body type.

I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience. I went into the store thinking that I would make a quick purchase and probably never come back, but this experience has completely changed that. I see myself as a long-term customer.

We were looking for suit for me and needed it ready in a weeks time. the store manager Kanisha did an excellent job and even had the pants tailored on the spot in 10 minutes time. She took the time to help us pick out a tie and pocket square to match while dealing with a busy store full of customers. We will definitely be back.

Last year my husband and four of his groomsmen all got custom made suits! Which were very affordable!! The customer service was excellent and so much more than I expected. The guys were so so attentive and friendly, I HIGHLY recommend Jarred. He was very thorough and so helpful with our group! He was there for all questions and changes. Extremely professional. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! And the suits looked FANTASTIC!

Had a fantastic experience at this location. My fiance bought a suit for our wedding and the turn around time was fast, the price was great, and the customer service was perfect and not pushy like some stores. Jared was knowledgeable and attentive.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Taylor at the Tallahassee location. We had 6 different people from all over the country show up and pick up their suits. I had a fitting issue from a previous employee and Taylor stepped up and really got me set up just in time for my wedding.

Incredible experience every time. Thaddeus is attentive, thorough, and always fashionable. Marvin is absolutely an incredible manager and very easy to work with. Each time I go into this store to shop I’m always escorted by staff even on busy days! And these guys are seriously amazing at juggling multiple customers. You can catch them hustling around the store honoring every clothing request and servicing sometimes several customers at once and not even realize it because they make you feel like it’s truly one on one! Needless to say they have my business and my recommendation for life!

I had a great experience at this Men’s Wearhouse. Mr. Marvin Boatman helped me and made sure that I felt well taken care of. I was buying cloths for someone else and had to make many phone calls back and forth to get information, Marvin was patient and understanding, he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. While assisting me he also had great awareness of other patrons entering and, in the store, he greeted new patrons with a friendly good afternoon, and he also acknowledge other patrons throughout the store as he moved around. This really showed great team work on his part, even if the other patron was not his client, Marvin still spoke to and interacted with them.
I would recommend this store to anyone who needs a new suit, shoes, ties, or tux rental. When you go in ask for Marvin and he will take great care of you.

Had an issue come up with the wedding account I am on and I live out of town so I called the store and Marvin worked with me over the phone to get the issue resolved. He really went above and beyond to help me out. I wasn’t expecting such great service, especially since I would be purchasing my suit at another location and their store wouldn’t profit from it, but he provided me outstanding service nonetheless. Went to Men's Wearhouse yesterday and was served by Oran. I came to get a suit jacket sized and he was friendly and helped through the process. If you need any assistance at Mens Weathers in Tallahassee ask for Oran. You will be in great hands!

Great store! All the sales people I have dealt with have been very nice and eager to help. I'm 6'6" and find it difficult to find cloths that fit. The first time I went in I was told about there in house tailoring service. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised with the result. I have been back multiple times and always have Mrs. Casey tailor my purchases.
