I just needed glasses no exam. When I walked in it was busy so I thought I would have to wait. I signed in and the receptionist asked what I was there for , and immediately had a girl help me.
The girl's name is Angela. She sat with me and discussed my issues, and then proceeded to walk with me and help me find a pair of glasses. I've been wearing glasses for 52 yrs and I can't remember the last time anyone helped me pick out glasses. It was an enjoyable experience. Hopefully my glasses work out. I'll update when I get them.

Sherry took great care of my husband and his personal frames. The doctor was extremely nice and efficient. Steve left there very pleased. Thank you Sherry!

No complaints here! Me and my boys have been a few times and they have always been great. I recommend getting decent lenses with the upgrades. My first pair I opted out on any extras for the lenses and they got scratched up bad. I ended up getting better frames/upgrades for the lenses on my new pair and they are so much better!

First time with this Dr and I was very happy with the service I received. Doc Stamp was good and informative. There were plenty of nice glasses to choose from. Maria was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me pick out the best glasses for me. She is a huge asset to your company.

The girls and very knowledgeable and super nice . Angela is amazing , super helpful and patient , she is always helping me with my complicated insurance and she makes it such a breeze. They are my go to place ! Love them !

Today was my first visit to Optical Outlets. Admittedly, I was unsure if I would like the service here due mainly to its location. This Winn Dixie shopping plaza is a bit run down.

I was pleasantly surprised by the good treatment, ease of getting an appointment and the selection of affordable frames and lenses. I arrived a few minutes early and the doctor was able to see me early. He was efficient and thorough - it may have been one of the faster exams I've had, yet I felt like it was a very thorough exam. I was very pleased.

With the assistance of the amazingly helpful woman in the showroom, I was able to select two pairs of glasses in a reasonably fast process. And the best part was the cost was eminently affordable.

I recommend going to the company's webpage where you can easily obtain an appointment --and-- complete all of the pre-appointment paperwork.

Bottom Line: Great service and prices.

They were amazing I would of left the review sooner but I couldn’t see after being dilated lol the doctor was so good I can’t remember his name but he was great and the customer service was amazing they helped me find the best deal and were so nice to my daughter they listened to the problem I had yesterday at Americas best look for the bad review there if you lol I do not recommend Americas best I do recommend optical outlets they got me in to be seen in less then 24 hrs gave me great quality service and got me a deal I could afford and my glasses should be in, in about a week I definitely will be going back in the future

I was very happy with the service, especially with the doctor & Sherri who was the best ever. She displayed professionalism, informative, knowledgeable & very pleasant 2 deal with. I feel a person like that needs to be acknowledged & compensated for going above & beyond the call of duty. Employees like that are hard to find. She’s an asset to your company & represents u well. Definitely a keeper.

I purchased my glasses here. I was having trouble with my prescription by no fault of theirs. I had to wait to have my eyes rechecked due to fluctuating vision from medication. Angela and Amanda patiently worked with me giving me excellent customer service. Angela redid my glasses for me. They went over and above! Thank you so much!

For the last few years I've lived in Pasco so I went to the optical outlets down there and I was fairly satisfied with them but a year-and-a-half ago they told me they couldn't make me any better classes and then I'd have to wait five years before I could have cataract surgery
I moved up here to spring Hill and I went to the optical outlets up here and not only did they make me a pair of glasses it brought me right back to 2020 everything is clear as a bell but they also said that if I needed to cataract surgery I was eligible for it. I would say that this optical outlets is number one furthermore I was in and out in no time and it didn't take but about a week to make them

The nose guard on my glasses had snapped off, rendering them unwearable, and they replaced both quickly and courteously.

This was my 3rd visit to this location and every time I had an appointment it went smooth ! 2 different times I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses with a sale! This last one was the second time and now I have regular prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses ! Thank you guys!!

My daughter and I had eye exams there yesterday. Everyone was great, the doctors, the staff, if was a great experience. They have everything from top brands to more affordable options. What I liked about choosing a pair of glasses is that the more affordable options are clearly marked so you don't have to look at each one. If you are not sure what you want the staff are more than happy to help you. We have been there a few times and everytime as been a fast and pleasant experience. Definitely will continue to go here for our eye care needs!! Thanks guys!

I have been going there for years. Sherri is great and always helpful. If you want glasses reasonably priced go see her there.

I have referred friends there and they also go back to get new glasses.

We definitely enjoyed our visit and we are so thrilled that we made the switch to optical outlets. I have two teenage children 1 who was extremely anxious with her visit. The doctor and staff were so patient with her. I was very happy to see that they had such a big waiting room with lots of seats . The office is very clean. Staff was very informative explained everything to us about pricing about what our insurance was covering. Wait time was a little on the long side but they did inform us that the doctor was a little behind . They were very kind about it. The only thing I would recommend is that the staff work on their greeting greet people when they come in check on them if they've been there for like over an hour give them a little more heads up on what's going on things like that but overall definitely five star.

Very happy with my visit. Was seen at my appointment time .Doctor took his time answered all my questions. Very thorough exam (I've had about 40 in my lifetime). The staff were pleasant and helpful. Angela showed me all of my options and was so patient while I chose my style. So satisfied with the service, I'm getting 3 pairs of eyeglasses.
