The Nurses I had there were extremely excellent. They never get enough credit for what they do. Food service workers were extremely polite and prompt. Excellent attitudes. Dr’s were wonderful. Neurology needs improved bedside manners but the Pa was fabulous and worked really hard with myself as the patient to help me.

Having moved here from Houston where they have a top notch Medical Center, I was weary about needing surgery in a smaller city with less resources.

I was so pleasantly surprised. The hospital staff was amazing from scheduling, to the pre-op, to the procedure, to the post-op care. I was treated with respect, dignity and compassion. The facilities are clean, somewhat modern in style and definitely modern in level of care.

I am grateful for the care I received at TMH.

I came in for an Umbilical Hernia surgery. I've never had a surgical procedure done before, so I was scared and nervous. Thankfully everyone there was understanding and explained what was happening every step of the way. And my surgery was a success! Thank you to all of the nurses and doctors who helped me, you guys are awesome!

During my hospital visit, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nurse Vanessa Martinez, and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing. From the moment she walked into the room, I could sense her genuine care and compassion. She was always there for me, attending to my needs and making sure I was comfortable. With my condition, sickle cell anemia, I require close supervision and pain medication around the clock, and Nurse Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure that I received it on time and in a timely manner. She never missed a beat.

What really stood out to me was her attentiveness. She not only checked on me regularly, but she also took the time to ask how I was feeling and what I could do to cope with my condition and symptoms. It meant a lot to me that she cared not just about my physical well-being, but also my emotional well-being. She made me feel heard and supported throughout my stay.

Nurse Vanessa Martinez truly embodies all the qualities of an exceptional nurse. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to her patients are unmatched. I can confidently say that she is one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. She made a challenging time a little bit easier, and for that, I am incredibly grateful

Brian the RN IV specialist was so amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Made my mom feel very comfortable during the pre-op stage. Frances was an excellent patient care tech. The cafeteria is top notch with healthy options and great chefs. This was the best hospital experience I have ever had in my life. TMH surgical facility is clean, the staff is amazing, and the Doctors had great bedside manners. 5 stars all the way around!!!

I had to come in for the delivery of my baby and the staff just made me feel calm and well taken care of. They explained everything that was happening and what could happen so that way I knew what was going on the whole time. They took amazing care of me and I would definitely go back.

I was there for outpatient surgery. Every person we encountered was professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the expediency of the services provided to me. I am very thankful that Dr Amanda Stephens has been my oncologist.

I had the absolute best experience in TMH. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the wonderful treatment I had while I was there. From the very beginning until the very last moment, everyone was nice and treated me with care and patience, most of the times with a smile on their face. The feeling of being in good hands made things much easier despite the difficulty of the situation. Thanks!

This is the best ER I have ever been too!
So clean and the people were very helpful and pleasant. They took me in pretty quickly and also gave me an IV awhile we waited to go in a room. I was super dehydrated and had a kidney infection.
They took great care of me.
I will never go to any other ER then this one!!!

I would like to tell you that all the nurse's that I had were the most pleasant ones especially my night nurse Cynthia she was the best even all of the staff in the cafeteria were great , I even had great nurse's in the heart surgery part of the hospital and recovery,they were all very professional, kind and caring people! My charge nurse was really kind and caring his name was Zachary he was very informative for me also looking forward to talking more with you all about my experience there. Thanks so much to you all!

Very kind and communicative staff. The doctor and PA were great. My PA, Andrew stood out as a true medical professional. He was there from beginning to end while balancing so many other patients. We’re grateful for this hospital and to have had them through a difficult process. Food could’ve been better.

Had day surgery at The Mustian Center. The experience was excellent. All the nurses, techs, surgery personnel, doctors, all were great. The center is beautiful, clean and temperature control was great. I was contacted in a timely manner and during surgery they kept my daughter apprised of how the surgery was progressing which we really appreciated.

Our stay in the pediatric ward was almost a month. We had such an amazing care team looking after our son, and we could not be more grateful for all the nurses, dr's, housekeeping, dietary staff. The nurses went above and beyond to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible during our visit. Some of them became almost friends! Our son has been absolutely obsessed and will definitely miss all of his ladies here. Not only did they take care of my son, but also took care of me when I needed to be seen in the ER. The nurses on the pediatric floor truly care about their patients and their parents. They are such a delight to be around, and we are so grateful for the opportunity we had to meet this incredible team! I also cannot say enough good things about Mr.Dr. Price. He was our baby's surgeon. He was very comforting and spoke in ways that we could understand. All in all this was a great stay with some amazing people! But I do hope I don't see them again too soon... Unless it's at the grocery store!

I was served quickly and efficiently from the moment I entered the ER. Everyone was civil and respectful and dealt my pain and the cause immediately. They explained my options and we selected the path from an informed position. My surgeon is a young man who is confident and sure, yet not intimidating or arrogant. I feel great today . Much thanks to the entire staff. Even the guy running the floor machine nodded and smiled.

Kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. Very pleased with the service and care I received by any/all staff/caregivers I encountered before, during and after my precedure/treatment. The facility was very clean and roomy. My husband was treated with care and concern and we felt genuinely cared for by everyone we met. Thank you for your kindness and for the excellent care I received❣

The nurses on my floor were fabulous- especially Vanessa, Ronnie and Camille.. aces all! For the most part I felt well taken care of. Every nurse was sensitive to my pain, always told me exactly what they were going to do. I was surprised at the quality of the meals I was served- my fruit cocktail wasn’t from a can - it was fresh fruit- cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and grapes. The vegetables were steamed to perfection.

I admitted myself to the hospital with breathing issues and was in the hospital for one week. Three of those days were in ICU. There was a nurse in ICU named Gabrielle that took care of me one of those days and my hat goes off to her for taking care of me. I have never been taken care of that well before and I told her I was going to remember her name when they asked me to do a review of my stay. She needs to be commended!!
She is one awesome nurse!

First rate from entry to exit! Dr Ramirez procedure came off without a hitch and the nurse practitioners knew exactly when I should be moved to ICU room for closer observation. Venice and Elayne were so attentive and such happy spirits. I felt so taken care of I didn’t want to leave! Professional competent and loving their jobs was a plus for my experience!!

The TMH team that handled my procedure were very professional, efficient, attentive and caring. Each member of the team did an outstanding job taking care of me and put special effort in informing my family throughout.

During my stay I had nothing but awesome service. My nurses, Allie, Chen and Yang introduced themselves to me at every shift change, the charge nurse came down and talked with me shortly after my arrival on the unit. My patient care assistants Joseph and Bella checked my vitals regularly and brought me extra pillows, adjusted the thermostat and tended to my needs by asking me if there was anything I needed rather than me having to ask them. Dietary was very efficient at getting my meal preferences and I must admit, delivering very tasty meals. Housekeeping kept my room clean without disturbing me at all. The cardiovascular technologist explained the procedures they were doing so that even with my hearing difficulties, I was well informed. I even got 2 visits by the animal therapy department which truly brightened my days. My discharge instructions were thoroughly explained to me and were presented to me in a nice folder for easy reference when I got home. In short, I felt well taken care of the whole time I was there. Thanks TMH ER and CPCU staff, you all were wonderful!❤❤❤
