While it's easy for banks to tout great rates or service, this institution manages to deliver on both fronts impressively. And unlike some places that lure you in only to provide lackluster support, the advisors here take the time to explain options tailored specifically to what I'm looking to achieve. For these reasons, this is the most satisfying banking relationship I've established.

My account was compromised and Jae (customer service), Sam (Fraud unit) and Janie(Customer service at Mahan Tallahassee branch) were amazing and knowledgeable. They helped calm me down and went above and beyond to get me back up and running. They answered my concerns and questions. I am so incredibly thankful for all of them.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional and friendly. The process of opening a new account and applying for a credit card was very smooth. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Refinanced our truck at a much lower rate than the dealer offered-friendly and made us feel like long-time members rather than new members. Highly recommend them.
