Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spring Hill, an IHG Hotel

From check-in throughout our stay the hotel staff & management has provided excellent customer service and exceedingly clean rooms. The rooms are well priced value as wifi, breakfast, was included. Our room has a Microwave, refrigerator and a smart TV with Netflix. We highly recommend this hotel to any one of our friends and/or family members who are looking for a restful night sleep in a clean hotel with great customer service. We're really impressed with the overall experience and the excellent leadership, competent management and excellent customer service this hotel provides.

I stayed here 3 weeks for work and I enjoyed my stay. If I had an issue the employees were quick to help, even when I needed my room cleaned a little later than normal as I was on 2nds and always sleeping when they tried to come by. They have a really good complimentary breakfast with lots of options, my only complaint is a personal preference that I can't stand pork sausage and 9.5 times out of 10 it was that instead of bacon. I did mention i was happy it was bacon one day and I just gotta say don't be *that* person that ruins it for everyone by taking the entire tray of bacon to your greedy self. Y'all 🤦‍♀
There's a lot of shopping and things to do in the area. Weeki Wachee is just 3 miles down the road, kayaking, swimming, mermaid shows, great local attraction. I did not see any bugs or experience anything dirty/gross. Water pressure and being slow to heat up was a little hit/miss some days. Pool is open, although not been swimming weather much lately. I would stay again!!

The room was very clean and spacious. The customer service was amazing. We had an issue, with the booking service not the hotel, and Beth was so helpful and sweet while I was stressing out. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had to come into town for a funeral unfortunately, but our experience was a delight and we are very grateful.
Beth was very sweet and responsive to email when I requested an early check-in.

All excellent. Breakfast was real good and the service friendly. Except for the drop cloth over one large piece furniture which looked unsightly the atmosphere was clean and neat. Would stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are super clean, front desk staff is wonderful. Breakfast is super good, clean, well organized. This is a hidden gem.

The staff was very helpful Charmaine was right there kindly helping us with breakfast, and Tracy nice enough to lend us her own charger for our phones. I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone.

I only stayed one night and got in very late. I called in the afternoon to let them know I was definitely coming, but that it would be late. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. When I got there at about midnight, the woman at the desk said she had been waiting on me - but not in a rude way - in a welcoming way. The room was clean and welcoming. I like the way the shampoo/conditioner and lotions are now in large, refillable pumps instead of the tiny plastics that are so bad for the environment. I would have liked the hand soap to be a little closer to the sink though (is hung on wall). However, that's such a tiny little thing to worry about. The continental breakfast was well-stocked and included eggs, biscuits/sausage gravy, and sausage as well. I am always glad when the breakfast has some items that are warm and made for the morning. There were a lot of people eating in the space, but they had plenty of space to accommodate. The location was really good for me to visit elderly family in Spring Hill. Overall, I am very glad I stayed there! (I didn't get to check out the pool in my short visit.)

Great experience! Room was clean and updated. Service was fantastic! Aliyah the front desk manager really came through for us when we needed our room for a bit longer unexpectedly. She was kind and generous and the hotel cleaning team assisted us with anything we needed to make our stay perfect!

The hotel was nice and clean. The fantastic experience came from the genuinely kind and helpful Charmaine! Every morning we were greeted with a smile, kindness and genuine care. As some one who works in a service industry it was an amazing feeling. She not only is the main person in breakfast services, you can also find her cleaning the rooms and other areas of the hotel. My wife and I along with our two married children (and grand-children) stayed there the weekend of 9/16-18 of 2022. The experience we had goes beyond amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very prompt in providing solutions. The hot breakfast was delicious and included a good variety of choices. The lady working the breakfast room was very friendly, kept the room very clean and kept the serving trays full at all times. Lastly, the king size room was very clean and comfortable. I will be returning to the area in the future and will stay there again. The management has s great thing going there and I applaud them for that. Please keep it the way it I. It's truly amazing to find a place like this.

Can't rate this highly enough, staff amazing so helpful, room lovely very clean, comfortable bed linen high quality. Would go back.

We stayed there 3-23 through 3-25. We arrived Around 9pm and were greeted by Beth. She was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. We saw Beth again the next morning and she was still awesome,lol. The lady that was taking care of breakfast was a delight to be around and also made sure we had everything we needed. Only reason for a 4 star review is the water pressure was not good at all. We will be staying there again as we are going to make this area a 3-4 times a year deal. Thanks again!

The hotel was really nice! The front desk attendant was super friendly and the cleaning staff were nice and did a great job! The rooms were nice, comfy and clean! The breakfast was yummy and filling!

Deanna is a fantastic and super amazing. She helped me like there was no tomorrow, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and was truly a great manager. Shout out to Paula for cleaning and Aviyah too for being kind to me during my stay. The hotel was nice, safe, clean, and in pretty good condition. It's definitely a $100 value style room, the suites are good and spacious too. I appreciate the tall ceilings. Got two different room types and both were fine. No stinky smoke and they were very clean. Was glad also to see cleaning staff wearing masks. Big plus.

Hurricane Ian ... mandatory evacuation ... no where to go! Walking in the front door, I was greeted by the professional, friendly, compassionate manager, Ryan. Within minutes, he had me comfortably settling in to my recently renovated, spacious room ... such a blessing in a time of heart-wrenching chaos!
The entire staff extended the same friendly and courteous treatment to me during my 3 day stay. In particular, the young lady that runs the kitchen for the complimentary hot breakfast is outstanding ... not to mention preparing delicious array of food!
Thank you, one and all, for such incredible service! Anyone needing a place to stay in Hernando County, with all of it's wonderful attractions, would be missing out on an excellent experience if not here.

During the threat of Ian 3 of my friends and I stayed here. To me it was the best. It's across the street from where I live. The manager plus the staff were very pleasant, the rooms were clean. We put many hours into the breakfast room playing all different games and just enjoyed ourselves. I'll be back if there's ever another threat of a hurricane. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Very clean, awesome service...all 3 shifts took care of every need. Not one problem but the way to get into the hotel was confusing pulling up for the1st time. But we enjoyed every minute of it fantastic breakfast all 3 days we stayed will definitely go back!
