Heather chasteen came into a very disorganized facility and has helped turn things around for the sake of her patients. I am one of her patients and have been blessed to be treated by her. She takes the care of her patients very seriously in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Thank you Mrs. Chasteen!

To all you other complaining about Dr.v go to another Doctor! They should have explained to you when you registered the DR.V does not sit and do hour long sessions. His there to find out what has worked for you in the past if there was something and he keeps you on what was working for you! I’ve been seeing Dr.V for over a year and he’s the easiest person to talk to and I don’t have to spend half my day inn a office when I’ve been on meds for 20 years he will just continue to take care of me and my on going issues ! So if your a new patient that wants to sit and talk for a hour they should told you there are other doctors there for that!! But hands down to DR.V it’s hard finding someone that will listen to you and he will also recommend other things if something is not working for you. But I’ve been with many doctors like him. He’s still professional but he’s not there to listen to you cry for a hour !! If you don’t have a past of depression or anxiety maybe he’s just not the right Doc for you. But he understands me very well ! But the front desk does have issues messing up appointments which is unprofessional!!

My daughter and I are now clients with Florida Therapy, and couldnt' be happier with the staff, and physicians. We were at Apalachee, my daughter saw Beth one time and then she was gone. The office manager at Apalachee went above and beyond for us, tracking Beth down.

Beth agreed to start counseling again with my daughter, and this brought us to meet Dr Vandewalle. We couldn't be happier with the practice, or the staff. I used to work in Healthcare, when you find a practice that is perfect, doesn't forget to call back, or send refills in please let me know. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and stretched very thin everywhere. Have a little humility and compassion for the people that have to deal with us, and their own families.

My experiences have all been good. I like Dr. V and his nurse makes me laugh every time I go in. I've been seeing Dr.V for 5-6 months and hadn't had any issues

I love this place... Samantha is amazing with kids, my Daughter loves her... and i personally see Margo, her name is spelled wrong whoops, but shes amazing also... no complaints been here over a yr... i even moved and travel almost 2 hrs to stay with you guys... idk the one lady who is at the fronts name but i love her to... everyone there makes me feel like a person not just someone batteling mental health issues and thats why i love this place so much...

I haven't any issues since coming here. Mostly wonderful people

Straight and to the point.

If your tying to be a new patient here I feel sorry for you . The people who work the front desk should be fired . No professionalism at all. When they don’t know something which is 95% of the time they won’t call you back like they say or find out the answers you need. You’re just another name to them they can hang up on.and you have to explain yourself over and over if you call back. I suggest calling The corporate office in Panama City and let them know what’s going on, people deserve good health care, they pay good money for it . But once you do get in the nurses and staff do there job and are very polite.

Missed one appointment (they don't call to remind you) and Dr Mhatre won't refill my anti anxiety medicine. Falling apart. Very bad timing as I was in school and a sick family member just moved in. Called the office manager,twice, no return call.

Don't be 10 minutes late cause they WILL NOT see you. Even if you are crying your eyes out because your mother died and you need someone to talk to.

Had issues reaching a nurse or doctor several times while needing a critical medication refilled. The lack of communication with clients can be life threatening in this field and they need to do better - period.

DONT GO HERE !!! receptionist never return calls or pick up calls! Therapist never scheduled my next appointment and i been calling since november trying to schedule my appointment! i wouldn’t recommend this place to a dead person
