Burger King

This Burger King had some good food. The prices were another matter. Three adults were $36. McDonalds gave us Big Mac meals for $30 three days before. We could have eaten at Cracker Barrel for that much money than at BK!
We ate inside, so I parked at the side door. We found it locked, so we walked around on the tile walkway. As we walked, we (3) each commented on the broken & missing tiles on the walkway.
I got closer to the front door and found a huge gap, 4-5 inches , all across the pathway. Very dangerous indeed. My cousin said, "Can you say lawsuit, from falling from that mess in the dark or for someone with poor sight not seeing it?"
We made it through the front door and to the counter. I started to make my order, and the nice young woman taking it smiled as I said sweet large tea. She apologized and said there was no ice in the store. I asked her if someone couldn't run to the minute market for bags of ice instead of giving customers paying good money for what they were selling, to have to sit and drink warm beverages intended to be served ice cold. She only smiled and finished taking my order. We sat down and waited. My seat gave me a view of the locked side door I spoke of earlier. I found it was locked because the push bar was broken and hanging down to the floor. More repairs that should be done. I never heard my number called but fortunately, I looked back at the counter and saw our 3 bags sitting out waiting for us to retrieve them.
The food was delicious but there was enough mayo on our buns for 6 sand- wiches.
There are other BK stores in Tallahassee, FL, I plan to use from now on. The owner of this store needs to come and get all the repairs done ASAP. I also wonder where the health and safety inspector was because some of these issues were apparent last year when we were there. I owned a Subway for several years and I can guarantee you that NONE of these repairs would have been overlooked by the corporate inspector that came around monthly to my business. Nor would the managers in my store either.
Someone certainly needs to do better by this store and it's employees as well the customers trying to spend their hard-earned money in the current economy.

Grabbed breakfast a few times here in the past month after getting bloodwork done. Drive-thru employees are always very friendly and breakfast is always piping hot and fresh!

Krystal is the most professional and patient worker I have ever seen here, on her first day she seems like she has been here forever. Great an nice worker.

We visited this location on a Sunday for lunch and the staff was friendly, the food came. Out fast, and was fresh.

The new manager Jewels is killing it. I see a big improvement with the restaurant. She has a great personality and amazing customer service skills. I will continue to come there! I have no complaints now

I went to the restaurant friday and it was clean and the morning staff is friendly and greets guests with such warmhearted smiles. The food was hot and fresh. The manager she made sure we had it our way. My kids and I wanted breakfast and my husband wanted lunch and she said you are at Burger King its have it your way of course we can make lunch. We loved it and service! We will be visiting there again.

Despite the drive-thru being backed up past the speaker (it was 6:20PM so that was to be expected) the line moved steadily. The order was taken promptly, clearly, and efficiently. When we got to the window the young man working it was courteous, and quickly processed payment and passed out the food. Our burgers and fries were hot, tasty and not messy. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to getting past covid times so we can resume eating inside this restaurant.

Although short staffed the few workers that were there did a fantastic job keeping up because they were very busy. Workers were very professional & friendly which made for a pleasant experience overall.

I have literally tried most of Burger King's specials during the last three years. Usually things are okay but not very impressive. We decided to try the four for four and everything inside of it was not good by any means. (Throughout the nuggets). We decided to stop going to Burger King. I came to this Burger King to try the two cheeseburgers fries and a drink for 3.49. We also got the $0.79 classic grilled hot dog and a 10-piece nugget. I had given up on Burger King for almost 2 years now. This deal though intrigued me. This was probably one of the best Burger King experiences I have ever had. Whoever made our food deserves a raise or to be told how good of a job they really do. Everything we ate was fresh was hot, was well-made, and well presented. Kudos to the staff this afternoon. I could see myself coming back to this Burger King. My family doesn't do fast food too often. And if we do it's usually Wendy's Checkers or Taco Bell. And that's not very often. Greatly impressed with this Burger King's Service and food.

This location has fun and happy employees! It was a pleasure to interact with this crew, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious! We ordered with a family coupon for 12.99 and got 3 whoppers 3 cheese burgers and 3 fries or onion rings, great deal!

Clean place. good food. Great service. A lady took our order who was very helpful and nice. She was going around cleaning up and asking customers at each table if they needed anything. Never seen that done at a burger King before.

I like burger king because I love my burger grill that has that grill mark that give it its taste ever time,and I also love their nugget deal you get 10 nuggets and a small fries for $1.64. And I always carry my coupons and you get discounts with it,an they never mess up my order yet!

This is by far my favorite BK to go to. It's clean,service is top notch and the food is always fresh and accurate. I have been to many BKs and this is the best.

Tje Whoppers were good. Not fast food though. Had to wait roughly 10 minutes. I'm guessing they gave my food out the drive thru. And thought there was a double order so mine or theirs got tossed. Until they asked "what are you waiting on?" Lol

My friends and I stopped at this location on the way out of Tallahassee after the big teacher rally. The attendant was polite and accommodating. Also, the food was good and prepared quickly.
