Michelle was the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. She listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job of showing me only those houses that met my needs. She was also very outspoken about those things most realtors wouldn’t point out. Bad floors, potentially expensive repairs, etc. She was also amazing at finding great locations. When it came to negotiating she was incredible. She worked very hard to make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. I highly recommend her and would use her again should the need arise.

Michelle is a marvelous and wonderful human being, aside from being a superb realtor! Michelle has been an angel in helping us sell our home in Florida. She is knowledgeable and caring. She gave us great advice and did such an outstanding job in describing the house to draw people towards viewing the home. Within five to six weeks our home was sold. I selected Michelle Hill as my agent to sell my home. I quickly got an offer, and the buyer wanted a quick closing. Michelle was also helping me find a home to purchase, who also could do a quick closing. This set off a month of activity showing me homes, making an offer on one, and then she handled all the various inspections of both properties and both closings. I closed on my home one day, and closed on my new home on the next day. Everything went smoothly. Michelle handled it all for me. I needed to find a realtor in an area I was unfamiliar with. I reached out to Michelle for advice on how to connect with a great realtor for an area that was across the state. She called and interviewed realtors in that area and got back to me with a list of her top recommendations. Being a rockstar realtor herself she was able to ask the right questions and connect me with a great agent. She really went above and beyond to help me and even checked back in throughout the process to make sure that everything was going well. Where do I begin… my family & I were first time buyers and knew we wanted to build a home because of the bidding wars that were going on. We came across Michelle on Instagram after we decided we needed to switch realtors because our current realtor at that time was pushing us into existing homes and not listening to our needs. We called Michelle and it was instant positive energy with her from the start! She is such a personable individual!! Michelle was truly knowledgeable and guided us during the entire process and never did we feel we were alone. She payed attention to details at the model home and asked the sales rep questions that my husband and I forgot or never thought to ask. She stopped by our build throughout the process, checking on it and sending us pictures. Our build took over a year and she never made us feel like we were just a number to her or wasting her time. During our walkthrough, she was our extra set of eyes and both my husband and I wear glasses, hahaha. We had a hiccup just days before closing and Michelle made calls and had a back up plan just in case we needed another title company. I mean, she was on top of everything from our wonderful lender to the awful builder’s title company that we had to use. We not only found a wonderful realtor, we found a new friend. We are so blessed to have connected with her! She is a rare gem in this industry and those of you who are fortunate to connect with her will understand every bit of this review.
