The staff on Mitcham are always so attentive, and very helpful to all of us. I have appreciated them for many years. And it was clear to me that they are a five star plus organization.

One of the last personal bankers. They take care of their customers and want to see their customers. Not like the big banks that charge you to go in the lobby or drive-thru

I'm thankful for the security protocols in place, and the good service they have provided. Whenever I had a issue they brought the right person to task to address my issues.

First Bank has kind quality people that give you good customer service!

Worse bank I ever experience. If you need a reliable bank, this is not it! I'm on my working assignment in another town and keep on getting left penniless by new bank cards that don't work. Of course, when I come home on the weekends, they are closed, and their ATMs do not dispense cash. No one answers after hours, so if you have a job that won't allow you to call on business hours, you will never get in touch with anyone. It's a true nightmares with this bank. Be aware!

I cashed a personal check in the amount of $600 at the bank. And when I handed the teller my check and driver's license, he made a copy of my identification. The teller stated that he had to scan my ID since I was a former member of Sunshine Savings Bank. I have transacted business in the past at this bank, but this was the first time my ID was copied.

I later met with Branch Manger Debara Jump, who stated that it was bank policy regarding former Sushine Savings Bank customers. However, I left as though I had been profiled for having too much money in my bank account.
