MISSION BBQ

Drove over an hour to try this place & it was worth every mile!!!! Walk up counter service, & an amazing collection of military memorabilia covering the walls. It's truly beautiful to see. 🇺🇸 With the fantastic selection of sauces in a 6 pack on the table...I was able to try them all. 😋😍 Smoked turkey was tender. Baked beans were phenomenal & full of brisket. Will definitely be back when we're in the area.

Navy veteran here! Great place and service. I got a pulled pork sandwich w/ smoky mountain sauce which I dribbled over the meat. But, definitely didn’t need it. The fresh cut fries and sweet cornbread were delicious as well. And, they have humongous brownies. Oh, I also had the baked beans with brisket. I will be back again. Great portions too! Love the atmosphere. I took a few minutes to give my respect to the fallen on the wall as well!

This is our first time here, thanks in part to the closure of Vertigo Burgers and Fries. Everyone here is super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and casual, the music isn't loud, nor are the customers. There's plenty of seating, with ample room at the table.
The portions are large. The food is absolutely amazing and there are a lot of options. They have 6 sauces at the tables, giving you the chance to find your favorite. The meats are very nicely smoked, it smells soooooo good in here. I chose cheesey potatoes, Maggies mac & cheese and fresh cut fries for sides with a North Carolina style pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw. My fiancée chose the pulled pork sandwich with cornbread, baked beans with brisket and fresh cut fries. EVERYTHING is delicious and full of flavor. The fries are the best we've had in a while. We also grabbed two very large brownies, haven't touched them yet.
Overall, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend this establishment. We will definitely be back again, soon.

Let’s begin by saying this place is great and the atmosphere is great. The badges and stickers from all over are great to see and check out all of them.

The employees were so nice and friendly I definitely will return again.

I got a chopped brisket sandwich and that was so delicious along with a side of green beans and bacon.

Had a wonderful experience with family while on spring break from Georgia. Need someone more friendlier taking orders b/c explained this was our first time there so she should've explained that no sides with full rack of ribs. After eating about half our meal, there was a sweet young lady name susan/sue came over and began conversation with us. Susan talked with us for awhile and explained the establishment to us. Later the young man name Trevor came over and was also very friendly. Food was good. Really loved the many variety of sauces to choose from. Will definitely look out for the Mission establishments.

The food was outstanding! I really loved the sales team customer service skills.. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She made plenty of suggestions and allowed us to try a sample. The kitchen staff was great, everyone was all very pleasant and made us feel welcomed. The environment was one I'd definitely work in. Can't wait to come back again soon.. We tired all the varieties of their BBQ sauces as well. Great job guys!

We ate outside cuz we had our lil Yorkie with us. They have 2 tables outside with umbrellas. It's some good food. The brisket are big chunks layered thick on the bun. U add whatever sauce u want from the bottles they have. It's a fun atmosphere. My dog scarfed down the few pieces of brisket I gave him. So he approves too. They have Pepsi products. They we would Definitely eat there again. I highly recommend this place. I hope they have other locations throughout Florida & the U.S. it would be a fun place to eat when RVing. & they support our troops & play the national anthem every now & again on their radio station.

Amy at Mission BBQ is absolutely exceptional! From the moment I walked in, her warm greeting and genuine smile made me feel right at home. Not only does she deliver outstanding customer service, but her passion for the food and dedication to ensuring every patron leaves satisfied is truly commendable. There was a small mix up with our order and Michael at the counter was AMAZING!! He acted like he truly cared about our experience and he went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. I'll come back to see him!! Thank you Michael!

Usually in tallahassee the customer service at many restaurants have been straight trash lately. However this was most certainly not the case with this mission BBQ. The cashier was so kind and amazing. They ran out of the side we ordered but accommodated us and even through in a free brownie. Their kindness and professionalism went a long way and we will frequent this place. The manager was also great not to mention the food was FIRE!!

This place has a nice atmosphere and it very laid back feeling to it. It is basically self serve, you order at a register and get a cup. They prepare your plates and you come and get them from the counter as well as seating yourself. We did have a waitress check on us while we ate, but I think it was more of a wellness check than anything. Everyone was nice and the food was great. Definitely would recommend.

Food is consistently great. Service is 6 stars - nice, quick, clean and have gone so far as offering sides of foods I am interested in at no charge. The atmosphere is clean with good music and a national anthem at noon. If I could eat bbq 7 days a week, I would eat here every day.

Awesome BBQ place! The food was full of flavor and the portions were really decent. I didn't care for any of there 6 sauces but honestly the BBQ is good enough you don't need it. The restaurant is clean and I really enjoyed the decor, the staff is always extremely friendly.

The food here will simply blow your mind and the customer service is awesome! One individual that stands out is Whitney (great job) The sliced brisket is by far my favorite... and if you sign up for their birthday club and get a free sandwich now and one on your birthday 🎉 Go at noon for the National Anthem and salute to our Military!

Outdoor Seating, Clean Bathrooms 🚽, Catering!!!

As a person in the service industry myself, I am a huge advocate for praising the businesses that have got it right and this location DELIVERED today! The initial greet was promp and genuine! Our order was ready so fast, and usually fast means a lack in quality but man, this joint has magic up their sleeve! I ordered Brisket and Pulled Pork with sides of Cheesy Potatoes and Caramel Bread Pudding. Everything was incredible. I pointed my fork at my food with my first mouthful of the potatoes and telepathically told my husband this was to die for! The bread pudding, now that was a whole different experience that I didn't think was possible in a chain restaurant. The edges of the crust were out-of-this-world-great! Melted in my mouth! Our visit today blew us away! Thank you!

Fantastic! I had never been to Mission BBQ before but there was one across the parking lot from the hotel I was staying in. My wife and I went there for supper. It was very good! We were initially greeted by the awesome decor of the place. Very patriotic and nostalgic! I spent ten minutes just looking at photos that were hanging on the walls. Then we ordered our meal. We split a three-meat sampler. We got the brisket, pulled pork, and cheese jalapeno sausage. Sides were mac-n-cheese and bacon green beans. Everything was perfect! The pulled pork was juicy, brisket rub was great and the sausage was addictive! To top off a great meal, the friendliness of the employees was very welcoming! The sent us off with a free pen and beer koozie. What a great meal and experience! We'll be back!

I travel for work and have had bbq in over 20 states and this is hands down some of the best bbq and service I have had!

One oh my favorite places. Great food and atmosphere. Employees make you feel at home. If you are first responder then you need to check it out.

The manager Trevor was so helpful and provided great customer service. He even went the extra mile to inform us about the company’s history and who the founders of mission bbq are. We found the restaurant visiting Baltimore MD and searched to luckily find another one in Florida and many other locations. Our experience has been nothing but the best and GREAT FOOD.
