The waitress went above and beyond to make sure I got a garden skillet. Ordering it at both locations in Tallahassee always seems problematic at first. There isn't a garden skillet on the menu. It had been a while since my last visit so I forgot that you have to ask the cook on duty for specific ingredients. At first I got a no and then she came back assuring me that it could be done. My meal was excellent! Hot, fresh and the presentation helped!

It was my first time going to Village Inn and the food was absolutely amazing! Came in on a rainy day and received super fast service. You get great portions of food for very affordable prices. I will definitely be returning.

This place was a treasure! When we arrived there was a wait but the staff went out of their way to try to expedite it for us despite the crew shortage and crowd. Once we were seated the Supervisor came over to make sure we were good. Our waiter Ryan was very entertaining and hospitable. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made our meal an experience. As for the food, it was great! Our food came quickly and was freshly made. The pies are so delicious at least the ones we had.. We are already looking forward to eating here again!

Came as a party of 7 on a Sunday morning and got seated relatively quickly. Served by the best waitress, Kim! She was very pleasant and patient with all of us while we ordered. Kim was efficient and always smiling. Food was amazing and overall it’s a good bang for your buck! Definitely will be returning.

Had a fabulous brunch. Skillet was great, chicken fried steak was great...even ordered a slice of pecan pie to go. Our server, Ella, was so nice and courteous. We even had a chance to meet the manager and compliment both the food and service. Menu: you can't go wrong. Server: I highly recommend Ella. 😁

I took their California skillet and it was super nice

Lana was great and really attentive. She made sure our order was perfect and no detail was overlooked. I also enjoyed the hashbrown pancakes.

I used to work for them when they was on Monroe Street in Tallahassee FL the food was good then and now the food is even better, the size of they chicken fried steak WOW! Love their foods, thanks

Our waitress was the best, offering friendly but professional service. My blueberry pancakes with sausage and perfect eggs over medium made my day! We will be back.

Went to the Village Inn for some New Year's brunch. Very friendly staff and super quick service. Kayla took care of us very well. The food was amazing and so was the coffee. Can't wait to come back.

Village Inn is the best breakfast in Tallahassee, great vintage look with a friendly atmosphere. My server Kim was just incredible and so friendly and helpful. Recommend to everyone.

Delicious meal
In a friendly atmosphere! I recommend the farmhouse skillet or the avocado toast!

Went here with 5 adults and a toddler and had specifics on our order. DAKOTA M. was our dining connoisseur and made the experience exceptional. The food did not disappoint at all but his service, southern hospitality and outstanding personality is what will have us returning. Shout out to the managers Misty & Kim who were briefed on how phenomenal Dakota’s service was.

Solid place for Brunch, and Lunch.

Their Pie selection can't be beat. You can get the Pies to go or for pickup.

I prefer the fresh apple pie.

French silk pie! (Not as good as Perkins, but there are no Perkins restaurants in Tallahassee). My grandmother loves this restaurant. They made me a pie in twenty minutes when they were sold out. I'm so happy because it is a birthday pie that we get every year and almost didn't get it this year.

Choice of any food item is more than expected and worth every dollar spent. The staff and waitresses r terrific. Will go again 2 village inn.

Always a reliably great place for breakfast at any time of the day!! Also, we have friendly waiters every time.
