Windward Village

This community has everything I need.
I'm very content living here,the locals are nice and friendly to me,I've met some great people.
Management is cooperative and very informative and fair.
I highly recommend this beautiful,peaceful community.

My wife and I went to an open house Saturday and we were really taken away about how clean the property is. Also, the village is hidden in plain sight; it's off US 19, but if you were not looking for it you would drive by it. We spoke with Marge, she is very nice and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns with out having to look anything up. She drove us around the village and showed us a model home. The village and the club house/pool area is spotless. TY again Marge, we will be reaching out to you when we are ready :)

We looked , and looked at parks from Dunedin to Homosassa . It was patently apparent after our first casual visit , that there was something special about Windward Village. So special that there was no 2nd choice...We literally frequented the roads, and the office to find a home … We got a home with a view of the lake and a walk to the Clubhouse/Pool....Thrilled to be here....and kudos to a very accommodating management team.... Marge helped us find a home within 5-6 weeks.....

We recently toured this village and several of the home's for sale. A huge thank-you to Karen the many hours (even on Sunday) she spent showing us the properties and explaining the process. Windward Village has a lot to offer and the over all experience was positive. Windward village was well kept, clean, with a very warm and friendly environment. We were impressed with all that Windward Village had to offer. When the time is right for a move to Florida, Windward Village will be at the top of our list for a retirement home and community. Thank-you again Karen for our wonderful tour.

I couldn't be happier, I've made so many friends and I am involved in so many activities. I love my home and love what Windward Village is all about. So many things to do and you can participate in all or just sit home and read a book, it's up to you. Check it out you won't be sorry.

Went to pick up item very nice quiet clean a nice place to retire if you want quietness.

Have lived here for 7 years. Love it here, but there are some rules. I am pretty sure that the rules help keep this place a lovely community. Management does work with the residents to keep this park looking so nice.

It is a beautiful modular home park for 55 and older. We were looking at a home to buy there. It has beautiful pond and streams around it. Price is better than our nearby park. We didn't buy but liked the place a lot. Definitely worth a look. 👍

Very beautiful and quiet 55+ active community. We stayed here to visit my dad and was very surprised at how quiet and nice the neighborhood is

VERY BEAUTIFUL place. Activities no longer printed out and hard to find online. My daughter painted,decorated this home. It's really a BEAUTY.

Wonderful park to live in. Well maintained grounds, friendly, caring staff. Best management team in years. Have owned and lived in 3 homes in the park and would not leave.

I have a friend who lives there they are nice places the grounds are clean most of all the ppl seem nice

Lived there for quite a while. Home now for sale due to family death. $29,000. See park website for details. It is a fantastic place to live with too many amenities to mention.

This mobile home park looks well maintained. It has easy access onto US 19 and it close to some restaurants

Just recently moved here, every one we have met has been very friendly. We thoroughly enjoy living here.
