Chelo made the entire home buying process easy. One of the most honest and direct people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Most of my questions were answered before I even asked, and when there was anything he wasn't sure the answer to, chelo went out of his way to find the answer for us. He was present and involved right along with us to make sure all the inspections went smooth and any concerns were taken care of before closing, and we were able to close in less than 3 weeks. We will definitely call chelo for any future real estate and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

I needed to sell a house in Spring Hill that was part of an estate. Living in CT, I had no idea how to manage this task. I googled and found the most incredible reviews for Florida’s A Team Realty. From the minute I called, I was reassured that they could take care of everything for me…and they did…everything!
I needed them to meet the sheriff at the house for a vacate and bring a locksmith with them. They encountered angry squatters and a trashed house but that did not deter them. They found an investor buyer asap and he would take the house as is. Chelo and Cristina are very experienced and so responsive and helpful. They completely saved me from making any trips to Florida.
