Great staff. A huge thank you to nurse Charlotte. My first appointment was at 4:00, the office closes at 5:00. When Charlotte found out I had missed my antibiotic infusion for the second day in a row, due to the lag between hospital stay and appointment, she stayed until 7:00 to give me an infusion. That's dedication and patient care.

He's very knowledgeable in his field and takes his time with his patients explaining his treatment for you.

I have been a patient of Dr Fords for approximately 20 years and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very experienced and a great doctor. He is probably my favorite doctor because of his friendly and helpful attitude. He has also been very accommodating with my needs as a quadriplegic, and flexible with my treatment requirements. I would highly recommend him.

The office has so many hours of operation but I cant seem to ever get ahold of nurses or anyone for that matter. I leave VM that do not get returned, regarding important matters. their system only works when you are at the hospital, i can track them down easier. They just need to revamp their patient service and calls between other healthcare offices.

Don't bother. I called to confirm that this office would accept my insurance. I got an authorization, sent over the referral and necessary files. Then got a call the doctor doesn't treat bone issues. After being told he does a week earlier.

Unprofessional, degrading.. sorry excuse for a doctor... I do not recommend this man. Myself and one other person have had very similar experiences with him. Laughing at us.. left this office crying... I've called and left a message and never got a reply back or an apology. So sad because his wife is incredible! I wonder if she knows how he is! And he was absolutely no help!
Would have given 0 stars but that's not an option.. why be in this field? Money? That must be it!

Staff(Heather) is rude, condescending, and facetious. Very aggressive when speaking to you and don’t allow you to complete your sentences.

The nursing staff needs to communicate better with Doctor Ford.
