5 Star Service! I was referred to Greg from a friend who used him to move. I have rented for the last 20 years and decided to buy. Although, I was not looking in Greg's wheelhouse (homes on the water), that was not an issue and Greg was always available when I needed him for anything or questions. Best Choice!
We spoke with several agents when considering listing our home. We chose Greg because he was very responsive and has a great, laid-back personality. You just felt like you had known him for years. He lives locally and knows the water as well as the area. He gave us great advice prior to listing, and we never felt encouraged to do anything other than what we decided. He always made it clear that it was our house. He gave us his opinions based on his extensive experience and the market and he was spot on. Hello to all that read this. To share my full experience with my recent sale it would be longer than necessary and maybe best to skim over the details. I went to Greg with a failed Real Estate sales contract experience; as he put it to words best as "hurt and bitter, feeling like a jilted 19 year old at the alter". Well that was true and Greg was accurate and gave me words of advice and I followed them and I am glad I did. His words were "you just gotta have a little faith". Greg has elevated himself to the status as both Real Estate Agent and Mental Health Therapist. Obviously he is trying to give positive advice to those that need it and we all know he is not a certified Therapist. It is a figure of speech...and I appreciated that. In the End I realized Greg looked at things in similar fashion to my way of thinking of this especially the sale of my home of nearly 23 years. That is a long time to spend in the place you raised your newborn infant kids into adults and not once did I have to hear any instructions from Greg such as "it is his way of doing sales, and is the only way to get it done" and you know that approach isn't what makes people happy. I was surprised Greg stayed so chill especially with my personality type sometimes gets out in front of me and can interfere in the messaging. But after following Greg's advice, we were able to sell our homestead of nearly 23 years and as I write this review I realize how much I will miss that home that my family and I shared together for so long...that is the hardest part to put behind us in these times of opportunity. I have been lucky to be able to talk to the buyers on many occasions both before and after the closing, and I have also walked into their new house to see my old house with what is now their HOME. Greg Klesius is the best real estate agent in Florida. I've purchased two homes with Greg in the last five years and just sold one. Each experience has been fantastic. Greg knows the gulf coast, is a clear and consistent communicator and is connected in the market. Most important, he knows how to bring buyers and sellers together. I had two Leisure Beach neighbors list their homes with other realtors a few years ago. The homes stayed on the market six months. Once they switched to list with Greg, the homes sold immediately. He recently sold my Leisure Beach home to the first person who looked at the home on the first day it was listed and the offer was full list price. He's your guy if you're selling or buying.

The whole sale of our property was done remotely. I never saw Greg in person. However, he was very professional and helped us every step of the way.
