The building was clean. The young lady who took my order was friendly. My smoothie and chicken wrap were so good and filling. I will be back!

I went in today for lunch for the veggie wrap and a smoothie. This is the BEST veggie wrap I have had thus far. The ingredients was fresh and the filling was perfect. The smoothie was blended well and didn't have the chunks of ice like some of the other Tropical Smoothies around town. Last but not least; I can't forget the AWESOME customer service. I was greeted when I came in and the young man who fixed my wrap brought me my wrap and said have a nice day. Its the little words that mean a lot. Keep up the GOOD work Mahan because it doesn't go unnoticed.

By far the best location in town. Always plenty of staff. Keep doing what your doing. Mahan and Gov Square take note!!!

Wow. These guys are stellar, we came in with a group of 20 people and they flew right through us with incredible service. They were fast and very patient with us and had great attitudes. All the food was incredible too and every single one of us had our orders correct. Highly recommend. Great experience!

Always a pleasant experience. I wish there was an online order pickup spot that could be accessed without waiting in line, as there are at other TSCs, but admittedly this location is a bit smaller than most, the line is never particularly long, and the smoothies do stay colder and safer in their cooler!

I've been by twice in the last week and had a great experience both times. They did a great job recommending a smoothie based on what I was looking for. It wasn't too busy but my order was ready right away and the Chia Banana was awesome. I'll be back soon!

The one on Lafayette Pl has the NICEST staff and the food/smoothies are always wonderful! John, Anna, and Rebecca always make sure to greet everyone with kind faces. They’re all very on top of the orders and costumer satisfaction!

All of the employees are very kind and helpful. Please allow me to be honest they are all great people, they remember your name and order, of corse the food is some of the best at that price point, but there is one young lady there 3 to 4 mornings a week, and she makes the best smoothies I have ever had by far, hands down. There are two young women who work mornings about 4 days a work week. The white lady is very kind, and helpful, and always has a smile and a kind word to help me start my day, and her smoothies are a 9 out of 10. The other young woman is African American very kind, always has a smile, knows me by name and starts my order before I even get in the store. Now don't get me wrong all the employee's know my name, I am there most days, all also know my know and order, but she just goes that extra mile. She remembers what we spoke of two weeks ago, and will ask how things are going. She provides the best costumer service I have seen in a long time. I hope Tropical Smoothie understands what a great morning staff they have at the store on Mahan Dr just outside of the circle in Tallahassee FL. If you are in this area I can not recommend this location enough, and please tip, when you find a place where they know your name and order. The offerings are great, all the employees there at morning get 9 out of 10, and that one young lady gets a 10. The employees there have earned a customer for life, so long as Tropical Smoothie does not make it like the one at Ocala Corner, it's not bad just the same service you would get at Chuck-E-Cheese, so not good either, but it is staffed by college kids, still the food is good, just not the service.

Super friendly, rarely a mistake, great options. The weekday morning group makes it feel like Cheers, everybody waving, saying hi and knowing my name. (Maybe I go there too much? 😉) The smoothies are yummy and I haven't tried a lunch item thatI didn't enjoy.

This is the BEST Tropical Smoothie I have EVER been to both meals I ordered and the smoothies were to perfection!! And ALL the employees were very nice and personable!! Keep up the good work guys🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 srars!!!

Excellent customer service and team effort. And the recipes are made perfectly and consistently. If you are a regular at this location I definitely recommend tipping the team.

I always have a good experience at this particular location. The staff is friendly, they make the best smoothies and they don’t skimp on the portions! Jonathan and the crew keep up the good work!

Love the kid's options and they wrote "get well soon" with a smiley face on my 6 year olds cup after she told them her allergies had her throat hurting. Absolutely will return!

The service is always great. The smoothies are amazing. I love the chipotle chicken flatbread. And the mgr at this location is awesome friendly and kinda cute.

I usually stop in before work around 8am and Sharika always makes a great smoothie with an even better attitude! Makes my day every time

Eating and drinking healthy taste very good. There are dozens of smoothies with fruits and vegetables. Sandwiches, wraps and salads bring in Mexican, Italian and Thai flavors. There is a discount for ordering food with a smoothie.

on Mayhan across the street from the big Publix next to the Wingstop Hungry Howie‘s that TeaM there knows how to make a smoothie ,everything is always mix well there’s no two soft too cold to hard 2 it’s always a good ,they know the business , do a nice job!!
