I was very satisfied with the service that Tom and his team provided me.. Tom was a great go-between when selling my vacant lots in spring Hill.. it was a unique sale dealing with a publicly traded company that buys and builds properties it was a learning experience for both of us and Tom came through . I am someone who has owned various out of state properties buying and selling... this was the last of my properties that I've owned and sold ...and I have to say Tom and his team were one of the best!
