Went here just to get my ring finger sized. But they had a ring that I liked and was at a great price. Both of the employees there were very helpful and nice.

Shopping the jewelery sale. Sales associate James was outstanding. That man knew his stuff and he was so patient! He worked the best deals for me. It's been a long time since JCP was my shopping go-to. May have to rethink them! 😉

I'm new in town and needed my hair done asap... I initially went on the Styleseat app, but nothing was available the same day... so I decided to get my nails done and remembered JCP had a salon... I was skeptical because I didn't think they could do my type of hair... but boy, did they prove me wrong... i want to thank Sagen for all of her help, and I must say she did an excellent job... I want to thank Sagen, Kendra, and the male manager who was there... you all have been very helpful and made this an easy experience for me... I got a silk press ($65) with a trim (add on 25), and Kendra told me about a 20% off coupon that was available online... so my total was around $70... i asked for volume and that's what I got...

I had an appointment at the Salon. I was excited about getting my hair done by my new stylist Ms. DeeDee. She was amazing and took really good care of me. I can't wait to see her again. They have a lot of great stylist in this particular salon.

Very good, had received an online order, I had failed to changes the color so the slacks were the wrong color, looked them up on line and it said they were available in our local store, but they didn't have the size I needed, the lady at refunds was very helpful she gave me a refund and ordered me the correct size and color and fixed it so that I still received them at the sale price that had already ended, she was very helpful

I just had an amazing experience! I needed a return for some slacks my wife purchased these items were never worn. Also, I had no receipt. This beautiful young lady was able to assist me by using my Driver's license. Kudos to her she was exceptional and very knowledgeable. She should be promoted at the very least. Her customer service was well on display. Exchange made 09/26/2021 at roughly 5:45pm EST. She worked lower level returns and exchange counter.

My daughter and I were shopping for jewelry to pair with a dress she would be wearing at her formal. The gentleman in the jewelry department was absolutely amazing in assisting us to find the perfect pairing. I wish I could remember his name, because he totally deserves recognition. Top notch customer service, exceptional organization of the items we were interested in and a nice friendly warm welcoming made my daughter and I JC Penney jewelry department customers for life.

We went to the Jewelry counter for a transaction and Princess was amazing! She looked up our account, she asked great questions to find out what we needed. She was very helpful and had a great attitude. She smiled and made our experience there a positive one. It's hard to find good help and she is a keeper! She knows how to give amazing customer service!

Made my Christmas gifts and giving merry and bright 🌞!! Thought my grandaugter may not have liked the jogging suits, she loved them! family loved the buffalo print pjs too !! All reasonably priced on sale too!! Use the coupons.

Went to pick up a package. Line was slow because of returns (to be expected at Christmas). Clerks were courteous.

I love this store. When items go on clearance you can really stock up and refresh your wardrobe, kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. The original prices aren't outrageous and I usually go in for the clearances but very often find something that I have to have and don't want to take the chance of waiting to see if it goes on clearance and not get it.

I love shopping here. The discounts and customer service is exceptional. The employees go out of their way to help you save money and answer all my questions. Mr. James Hiele is my favorite of all!

Came here to get my pink hair done. They braided the front and used curling rods on the back. The stylist here are wonderful! Great friendly service, conversation and hair tips to help maintain your style for days! Come here for a great hair style at a reasonable rate!!!

We found good sales for our children. They loved that they could get more clothes for the money. We had a good time.

I absolutely loved the Portrait Center. My graduation pictures came out beautiful. Definitely recommend!

I shop at JCP a lot and I absolutely love it. I have never had a problem. I don't know the lady's name but she works in the jewelry department, she was pregnant about a year ago. I love her to the max. Her customer service is spot on and not just with me I have seen her work with so many other customers and her attitude never changes. The only thing I wish is that they had more of a selection for us plus size women, us young plus size women. Not ready to look like a grand ma. Online shopping makes up for it though.

I L O V E. MY NEW HAIR. SUHA was awsome she worked On my hair for 8 hours. I had a lot of colors in my hair including green and she fixed me right, and I'm really happy with it I usually go to that fancy place downtown and they were busy so I decided to try her out, I heard about her from my friend she's awesome. I'll definitely will be back thank you.
