Knight Lake Estates by Maronda Homes

Purchasing a new home with Maronda Homes at Knight Lake Estates was surprisingly enjoyable for me! The homes are so beautiful and energy efficient; and the lots are spacious. Mary, my sales representative, was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always responded to me quickly. Everyone I met at the model home was super nice and it was such a pleasure to do business with them!

We will be closing on our home next Monday! Our first walkthrough was today and we are SO HAPPY with the home. Claudia was/is amazing through this whole
process. We live in Indiana and she made sure to send us pictures on a regular basis and keep us informed about the progress outside of what
was logged in our customer portal. The rest of the Maronda team and affiliate companies have all been so very helpful to make this purchase go smoothly.

Knight Lake is such a beautiful community- so happy we found our retirement home here! Highly recommend!

I love the models available, the home that I saw which was the baybury was spectacular and all of the feature I got to pick from the only thing was that I could not get a sink in my island and the island was smaller than what I wanted. My representative was great. Thanks Claudia

It took us a while to make up our minds, as to whether we wanted to move into this neighborhood. But we finally decided to go with the Sanibel model, we chose a corner lot to put it on. We think, with the upgrades we chose, that it should, be a beautiful house.

Quiet neighborhood just a short drive away from the big city of Clermont. Nice large lots for what you typically see with new home builders and beautifully designed homes
