Jason and his crew did an amazing job replacing my roof. I called on a Tuesday, and since they were in the neighborhood on another project, they were able to fit me in right away. The job was done before the end of that week! The crew was very friendly and professional. When they were done, they cleaned up all of the debris, and you'd never known they were there. Thank you for a great job!

DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK! Jason was given a $1,200 deposit for a roof replacement for my client over a month and has not been able to be reached by myself or the other Realtor. Both of us called, text and emailed him multiple times a day for 30 days with no response. I sent a text from my husbands phone pretending to needed a roof replacement and he called back right away. I guess he was looking for another person to scam out of money. His reason for not showing up to do the roof is he doesn’t know why his crew didn’t show up...lol

Jason at Callaghan Roofing does NOT warranty his roofs or will NOT respond to you if you need a repair of his shoddy work. Callaghan Roofing replaced my roof for $5000 and it is leaking. Jason Callaghan provided a 10 year warranty has not answered his phone once, returned any calls or responded to any emails. I have my bill of sale with warranty and copies of all of my attempted emails without a response. I encourage everyone in the Tallahassee area to find another roofer.

I paid Jason a $1200 deposit on August 13th, for the work on my house to be done by August 18th. Fast forward to the second week of September and the work is still not done and Jason is not responding to my emails and his phone numbers no longer work. I have requested a full refund but of course he is not responding.

No response from Jason on a warranty claim after two emails and one phone call over the last couple months. The warranty issues were from an unfavorable inspector's evaluation of the roof's condition after being only 2 years old. The first owner already had to make one warranty claim within months of its original installation after there was a severe leak. I will re-evaluate this rating based on the actual work if they come out and fix the issue.

Jason is by far the most incompetent, lying and has absolutely no integrity. He cheated the owner of the home that I’m renting out of $2,000 for a deck, door and balcony replacement. He lied to everyone involved multiple times and is a scam artist who’s business should be shut down and license revoked. Do Not Use This Guy!

Jason took my deposit (over 1k), kept making excuses as to why the work had not started, then blocked me from texting or calling him when I requested a refund and to get out of the contract. His delays have cost me thousands of dollars. Please save yourself a headache and do not use this company.

Dude is 100% a thief. Took the deposit, never did the work and never intended to do the work either. This wasn't a 'poorly managed' situation he just knew he was running into the ground and decided to steal as much money as he could by taking contracts/deposits and then just blaming this that and the other on the delays until he could change all of his phone numbers and such. Dont get conned by this guy.
