Beautiful location and tiki bar on the Marina with awesome bartenders! The rest of the place is an absolute dump. I mean it is BAD! Idk what the owner was thinking renting out half of the hotel to tweakers and running the place into the ground. It could have been so much more. Oh well, now they are tearing it down to build high rise condos.😔

Everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating.

Called up to the front desk for help getting my bags down to the car, 3 minutes later I had help and a cart.

Donny went out of his way and loaded my bags on to the cart and then directly into my vehicle for me.

The hospitality, the view, the proximity of the restaurant and the pool, the laughter of the children, all in all was a great trip.

Just checked out after spending 2 nights/3 days during Hurricane Irma. I live locally, in a trailer, under a load of Live Oaks that may have smashed my home so was under mandatory evacuation. I had waited too long to get a room somewhere safe and although it seems insane to stay at a hotel on the Gulf of Mexico, right on top of a boat-filled marina, it still was a good decision. All this is to say that although the power went down Sunday night until Monday night, the staff did everything possible to protect us. There were no amenities during the hurricane, obviously, but staff was polite and helpful. I was able to bring in my 3 dogs without paying anything extra and was never questioned about how many, what size or charged for them. So I had four strong walls, my family in a private room, and a sense of security. Considering there were no housekeeping personnel, the room was very clean (no bugs!) and we were supplied with everything needed (towels, extra bedding, toilet paper and trash bags). The toilets flushed and there was cold water (a bonus since I have a well and would not have had any water during a power failure. It is a lovely place, with a nice restaurant (that wasn’t open) and if possible, I may check in for a mini vacation, one day, when hurricane season has ended.

I'm a travelling artist and musician and stay many places. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading a few of the negative reviews, but I love it here! The restaurant attached is great. The water views of the pier and pool from the outside deck is beautiful! The rooms have a fridge, microwave, and are pretty large and comfortable. Looking forward to staying here whenever I'm in town!

Not sure on why all the bad reviews. I've stayed at many motels, from low-high, this one was very clean, all the amenities we needed. Nice sleek rooms, fridge tucked away nicely, pet friendly room was perfect for the pup I had, which leads me to VERY reasonable pet fee. $11 opposed to $20/pet. Rates were reasonable for room too.

If you're looking for mints on your pillow and room service, spend the money on a fancier place. If you're looking for a decent place to lay your head, this is perfect .

The lady at the front desk was rude in the mornings and would never work with me and my husband to renew our room when he was away at work other than that the guy was sweet and cleaning lady's were super nice. Rooms were very clean. definitely will be back soon

Stayed for 6 days. I have no real complaints. The view was very nice on marina side. The tiki bar was a blast. Bearded Brothers Band were excellent. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool wasn't heated but overall I'd stay again.

And welcome hotel love the way they put it together the architecture, the way they changed the floor plan on the building, it all comes together very well it's cozy and the front entrance is nice and bright and beautiful everything that's where it should be welcoming and inviting.
I love the rooms the way they put those together too they couldn't do any better the marina view is gorgeous just gorgeous and the swimming pool area overlooks it all i I'm on the second floor right now and I love this place it's clean
There's also a couple pool tables downstairs in a large bar with a restaurant,

Five stars for this hotel could make the worse in USA. The girl of the front desk is sarcastic, ironic and a liar. NO BREAKFAST as the website says.
The rooms smell mildew and we found roaches. The coffee machine is in the bathroom. This place is full of homeless. We stayed there for a night and moved to a Quality inn for the same price but high very neat and clean.

I have stayed here many times with my girlfriend. We love the pool and the river views. The rooms always appear new and the beds are comfortable. Jen Mock at the front desk is wonderful. Her personal touch and friendliness cap off a 5 star rating.

I had an excellent experience when I stayed there, you go down to the tiki hut and you walk over the north channel gulf harbors basin, and see all those boats and a beautiful scenery. I enjoyed it. Also they redid the bar and restaurant. nice job can't wait till people are allowed to come out of their shells again . Also when I rented a boat from Windsong boat rentals, I got a discount. Make sure your say you're staying at the hotel they treat you great, and then the staff at Windsong is the best. I hope you have a nice experience the same as I did. The year of the rat is over! The year of the ox is going to be a lot better. Enjoy.

Had a great time at the tiki bar and inside bar. Enjoyed the band. Overall good experience, will come back again.

I have been here for a couple of nights. All of the staff I have met are super friendly and go out of their way to help with any questions and requests. It is conveniently located to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping always has a big smile. There is a laundry area, which I like. Pet friendly, definitely a plus. I will be back.

I was impressed and would recommend a stay at this hotel. Have stayed at all of the hotels along 19 in this area and this is the best hotel I have found. There was live entertainment in the bar. Where you have a full menu and a pool table and darts. They have a grill and picnic tables if you want to grill out. The room was beautiful, we got the upgrade of the king sized bed with the large overstuffed pillows. Our room had a Jacuzzi bath tub, fridge, microwave, and everything else you would find in a hotel. It was a great experience and will be returning soon.

Not of my own experience, but more or less a thank you. See a friend of mine and his family are staying at your hotel.. seems like things have been a bit downward for them.. this hotel really extended a hand and the staff seem extremely helpful, especially one staff member by the name of Latoya, your amazing. Thank you so much for being a good person and helping out so much. I hope things for my friend and his family improve, starting with your nice gesture to have them stay.

Had a great stay here earlier this month. My wife and our 3 children stayed for 1 week. The room was great, veary clean and staff was very acomidating. The view on the marina side was beautiful. We saw dolphins circling in the eavning, fed visiting Cranes, and had a great time fishing. Also took advantage of the marina and rented a slip to put our kayaks and canoe. Good place for a family. Marina side highly recommended. Absolutely the best hotel for your money! Thank you to the owners and staff. We can't wait to visit again next year.
